Recommended these by a family member and glad I bought them. Keep my hands cosy when weather is so cold.
Comes with a little strap for your wrist and a pouch to keep them in.
Not 5 stars because I feel the battery runs down quicker than I expected.
Battery life is a bit optimistic at 9 hours, getting around 6ish, based on 5 days use, on and off over the day. You’ll have to pry these from my cold dead hands, ain’t letting go of them any time before March/April.
Highly recommend.
I’ve come to the conclusion that all these small hand warmers don’t have anywhere near the battery life that the manufactures claim. I recently returned similar ones to these because of poor battery life and these are no exception. When playing golf they only manage 2 hours on the low (40c) setting which is just over half a round of golf. Also the temperature read out is very difficult to see and its very easy to accidently change the heat setting while in your pocket. Having said all that, while they were working I found them to be excellent, I particularly like the fact they heat on both sides and that they don’t take up much room in your pocket. Because of there relatively low cost I’ve purchased another pair which I can change over after 9 holes of golf, not ideal but better than a two bigger bulky ones that presumably would last the distance.
I have permanent cold hands which then lead to them locking and severe pain and the rechargeable heat pack are just what I needed.
For anyone tha suffers with problems with their hands these honestly will be their best ever purchase. These arrived this morning and I’ve been using them all day and they have helped so much.
They will be perfect for popping in my gloves for when I walk the dogs or perfect for keeping in my handbag as they are small and light. You can also use them as a power bank.
When using them on the highest heat you need to use something in-between as they get extremely hot to the extreme that you can’t pick them up but when using them on the lowest setting they are absolute perfection.
I’m going to recommending them to everyone I know
Great product , I’ve used the hand warmers several times and rhey work a treat, charging time is quite quick from dedicated leads supplied. The only criticism I have is the temp display, it’s very difficult to see, almost impossible in fact. However it starts up at 60 degrees, which is very warm the switching down to 50 degrees then 40 degrees, just nice. Pity about the display but great produc
These hand warmers are built to last they are definitely sturdy enough to withstand being dropped and give off a nice warm heat to warm your hands. not roasting so you can’t hold them. The bonus of being able to charge my phone off them is great, however I do find that they are a little pricey, hence the 4 stars but the product itself it solid, well made and has a premium feel to it. and do exactly what they are meant to do, charge devices and warm hands.
These are very good in a technical sense, nicely made, seems to run for a long time, the lowest setting is not too low, and the highest setting is not too hot. The ‘Goldilocks Range’ is neither too hot, nor too cold, but just right. Charging seems to be quick too, which was a bit of a surprise when you take into account the rest of the things.
As a matter of the product design, my main feeling against it was simply that there are two little bags that accompany them, which means I guess you do not need to take an excess of fabric out with you, but does mean you have two individual bags to lose, which is irritating. I would have preferred to just have one that put them together. NOTE, another review of a similar product does resolve this matter, and I would probably rate as a better buy.
The biggest problem I had, which I had not thought much about, is the actual way it fits into what I am doing. If I’m out and about and want my hands in my pockets or something like that, great, they can deliver on that. Same with watching TV, all fine. But if you are cold in a room and want to use it whilst you work on a computer, or, as I regularly do, knit, or even take a slightly excitable dog out on a lead, you are going to have to put these down, in a pocket, on a table, whatever…
And then you pick up and put it down, and, really, it’s not the fault of these things, but yeah, I hadn’t thought about it (even though it’s obvious when you do), and I think that I would think twice before getting them. Nothing wrong with them per se but of course, I am assuming your concern is more about satisfaction from the product than admiring how well it is made, and that, sadly, is where I feel a bit disappointed.
These hand warmers have a good quality feel to them. The main body of the warmer is silver.
One side of the warmer there is a digital display that indicates the heat setting. When first turned on the warmers are first turned on they are set to the max of 60 press the button on the side and that switches to 40 then 20. The display is red in colour but very difficult to read especially in low light.
They are powered by an internal battery thats recharged via the provided USB cable. So far I have used mine for a fair few hours and still haven’t had to recharge them.
Tip: to check the current battery level simply double press in quick succession the previously mentioned button on the side. On the underside of the warmer there are 3 small blue lights that display the power left in the warmer. 1 light low battery 2 Halfway full and 3 lights = fully charged.
This pair of hand warmer power banks come boxed together with instructions, lanyards and USB charging cables. The design is effectively two metal heating pads with a plastic central band, so they aren’t smooth cylinders but are still a good shape to warm both palm and fingers when gripped.
Build quality seems good – each warmer has a USB-A output port at the top, with a power button on the side and a USB-C charging port opposite that. The specs are printed on the back. There’s a small display screen on the front. The ports are not waterproofed so care has to be taken in the rain and snow.
Holding down the power button activates the warmer, with the display showing the heat setting. It takes a good few seconds for the warmer to heat up. The highest setting (60 degrees) is very pleasantly warm, while the medium and low settings are a 10 degree step down each so come in useful if you want to preserve battery life. The display could have been better though, as the numbers are small and red so you need good eyesight to read them.
The warmer can alternatively be used as a power bank, outputting a basic 5V2A, so no fast charging support. 5000mAh isn’t enough to completely charge my phone, but it’s enough to get me through the day if I start at 0% charge and with two of them that’s 10000mAh available. The warmers themselves take a few hours to charge back up as the input is also only 5V2A.
I typed this review with one hand while keeping a warmer in the other. They are are an ideal fit for my hand and work well so on this cold day I’m very happy to have these hand warmers.
Tidy design. Easy to use with just one-button: long-press for on/off, press to cycle through temperature modes. A display to show the target temperature setting (40, 50, 60) and also a battery status (1-4 blue lights).
The sockets are USB-C for charging (two USB-A to USB-C cables included, each 50cm). Output for battery-bank mode is USB-A.
It also comes with a short lanyard (for optional use) and a carry pouch for storage — each of these are of quantity 2, one per warmer. The pouches are a snug but good fit with a drawstring closure, and are made from a material rather than a cheap plastic.
In use, the warmers heat up quickly, with initial warmth within a few seconds, and full heat within around 15 seconds. The heat is evenly spread over the unit; however, one side does seem to heat up first and slightly warmer, which is fine. They have a nice smooth feel and are a comfortable size to hold one in each hand to benefit from the heat.
There are two negatives I have discovered. Each time you turn them on it defaults to the 60 setting. I would prefer if it remembered the last-used setting and returned to that temperature at power-on. The other issue is that once you turn these On they stay heating forever until the battery reaches 0% – there is no automatic safety shut off (after 30 or 60 minutes would be reasonable). This leads to disappointment if you don’t power them off after use, and later find they are flat when you actually want to next use them.
If these 2 areas could be improved it would be an excellent product, rather than just good. So long as you are aware of these and use them with that in mind, it is still a good product and keeps your hands warm when needed.
The item comes in a somewhat premium package, inside the package you get both the hand warmers, 2 chargers and 2 wrist straps. The individual hand warmers are very comfortable to hold and come in 3 settings, 40c / 50c / 60c. I find 40c to be a perfect heat for my hands.
This product has loads of battery. It lasted for over 30m+, I didn’t leave it on longer as i was scared of burning it.
I do like this product however one big downside is the heating up is very “patchy” or “uneven”, some parts get super hot while others stay cold. This isn’t a massive issue, but it is slightly annoying
You can’t really go wrong with these Hand Warmers. You get two of everything in the box (including hand warmers, lanyards, pouches and charging leads), so basically if you wanted you could split them up and gift them to two people? If you did this then with the current voucher off of 30%, it would then knock the price down to 25.89 and then if you divided this by two, each Hand Warmer is only costing you about 12.95 each, which I think is Pretty Good Value! – Especially as each one also doubles up as a Power Bank with a pretty Powerful 5,000 mAh Rechargeable Battery inside. The items feel durable, work well and look good. Overall, I’m Very Happy with these. Thank you.
With their 2-in-1 functionality, they not only keep hands cozy but also serve as reliable power banks for my devices. The three heat levels which can be seen in the video ensures adjusting the warmth to my preference, making them perfect to stay comfortable during winter. On the lowest setting, I enjoyed up to 9 hours of continuous warmth.Their compact size makes them easy to slip into pockets or bag, and the rechargeable feature that made myself to not have to constantly buy disposable hand warmers in winters. For me, the Hand Warmers 2 Pack are a versatile, efficient, and eco-friendly product for winter. Really good value for money.
These are great hand warmers, nice design and look really good. They are small and fairly lightweight, but very effective as hand warmers. The lowest setting produces a very mild heat, probably not effective for cold winter walks, but there is a nice underlying heat which is a good option as the lowest setting. The medium and high settings are not easily distinguishable to me, they are both very warm, and would be super effective in gloves when on walks etc. I love this design, and i think they are beautifully designed. I think the added benefit of the emergency charging facility is great, and they each come with a USB cable (A to C) which can be used for charging the hand warmers and also to charge USB C devices, a wrist strap and a pouch each. Nice little purchase for the winter months.
