These are a very well made darts set, not only do you get a good tungsten steel tip that glides nicely into the dart board, you also get spare shafts and flights too. These all come in a nice case that is well made and helps protect your set.

The precision and balance of these darts make my game more accurate and enjoyable. The grip is comfortable, and the extra flights and shafts are a nice touch. The 90% tungsten composition at this price point is unbeatable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to up their darts game!

Looking for a budget-friendly dart set with a solid tungsten barrel? Look no further than the [dart name]! Priced around 30 quid, you might expect compromises, and yes, the included shafts and flights are flimsy and won’t last. But for me, the star of the show is the barrel.

The tungsten build offers excellent grip and weight distribution, leading to surprisingly good flight characteristics. It truly feels like a dart worthy of ambitious amateur players, not just beginners. Replace the stock flights and shafts with something decent, and you’ve got yourself a serious contender for the price!

The fantastic tungsten barrel alone makes this a compelling option for price-conscious dart enthusiasts. Just be prepared to factor in the cost of replacing the shafts and flights for optimal performance.

4.0 out of 5 stars Tungsten on a Budget!

These darts are competitively priced for 90% tungsten, look really good and feel very nicely-balanced in the hand.

The darts have grip rings machined around them, and like other reviewers, I find this to be a bit of an acquired taste. There’s nothing at all wrong with the quality of the machining or the pattern used. The thing people are noticing is the very crisp edge on the machining. Usually this would be a good thing, but it means the transition between the surface you are gripping and the machining is very pronounced, almost sharp.

This gives tremendous grip on the dart – almost too much. I have some cloth-backed micro abrasive sheet, and a few seconds with 1800 grit took the ‘newness’ off the darts, leaving them feeling really nice. This should really have been done at the factory. Once fettled, I really like how these darts feel.

I chose the 25g set, which is pretty weighty. The balance is very good, and because tungsten is very dense, even these heavy darts are nice and slim. I’m not really good enough to take advantage of that feature, but it’s nice to have at this price point.

The darts come with two sets of flights and shafts. I really like the flights, which are metallic blue on a white background and metallic red on a black background. The shafts are serviceable rather than impressive, which is sensible since most players will upgrade them to their preference anyway. The points are sharp, and are not removable.

The darts come in a basic case. It keeps everything together and fits nicely in a pocket. Again, I expect most players in the market for 90% tungsten darts will already have a case.

Overall, nice darts and a great step up from fat, steel darts. The price is pretty good.

The darts themselves are great. Nicely balanced and attractive. I like how the grips feel. The case isn’t too good (hence the 4 star rating). You have to take the flights off the darts to get them back in the holder, and there doesn’t seem to be a way get them to stand up in the holder despite the darts sliding into a block that looks like it should somehow lock in to the holder as a stand.

Spare shafts and flights are nice. If you are travelling with them then the case is small are compact, you just need to remove the flights and reassemble each time.
