Brilliant system for the price, crystal clear cams and more than enough NVR storage, I had an issue with the cams dropping out and the hisseu support guys WhatsAppd me through the whole procedure of resetting and re pairing the system all correctly, really can’t fault these guys and the system

I needed a camera system for a family holiday home I own. This system was very easy to set up and use. I have used cctv systems in my work and this has most features that a professional system has. (except optical zoom, but you have to pay thousands to get good optical zoom) I would recommend this system for any household or small business security. I emailed customer service to get the download for my P.C. and the response was very quick and information accurate. All in all I’m very happy and would deal with this company again .

Got this as a replacement, Well made Easy to set up Cameras Look Cool, App was a little twitchy but got it sorted, Works on my Desktop PC at work, on my Phone and on my Mac Desktop in the workshop, Image quality is Awesome compared to my old system. I have Rock Walls in my home (Built 1640) and the wifi is cool getting through them. Tried customer support (which is usually an Nightmare) But these guys are on the ball, Sent a message via their home page hiseeu-eu dot com and was chatting in minutes. Looking for an extra camera and they pointed me in the right direction to a camera that would work for what i wanted. Cant fault them at all. Some people have had issues But i ask them have you tried to talk to them ? I got up this morning looking for a extra camera to fit in doors for my pets and within an hour i had one ordered and confident that it will work Because I asked the people that make it. I will do an update when things are settled down with photos and video SO FAR SO Good

Bought as replacement for a ten year old other brand set. First out of the box were two bright yellow “Monitor Area” notices, in A4 size! The Quick Guide / Manual is unusual: it well written, with more than78 pages, all in English, with many graphics showing real screen results.

Installation was easy. Powered up the unit and cameras to test them, as recommended, and within a matter of seconds each camera was panning, and the monitor screen was live.

In order to take advantage of the PTz facility (no Zoom on this model) it took a bit longer than I expected to find the best places for the cameras.

The Essecloud app was downloaded and works well on my Android phones. I also have an Amazon “Fire 8 Tablet” – unfortunately Amazon have don’t have this app available so cannot, so far, view the cameras on that unit. And that is the only disappointment with this Kit so far – in every other respect it deserves top marks.

I don’t normally write reviews but I have to with the recent service from Jason. The service and guidance is top quality. I can’t recommend this product enough as it’s simple to install and operate. I can’t fault anything and the price is right for the additional service you may require. For example, one of cameras has been playing up for some strange reason. Emailed Jason stating the problem and he replied with a checklist. Found the problem and the problem has been resolved within 24 hours of the initial email. What more do you need? Thank you Jason – you and your product are amazing and reliable!! Thank you. Need a coffee!

Where do I start? Bought this 8 Channel system (Includes 4 cameras) & 1 extra camera totalling 5 cameras with capacity to add a further 3 cameras. I wasn’t expecting a great deal as it was under 200, but I was very pleasantly surprised.

I switched it all on before fitting anything and the whole system powered on without issue, and all the camera’s automatically paired themselves without intervention.

I have installed the first 4 camera’s and I am already impressed with the image quality. Included in the purchase price is a 1Tb Hard Disk (Already installed in NVR box). This gives weeks of storage even though it is set to monitor 24/7 and not (currently set) to trigger on movement.

The night vision is exceptional. Although night vision is in Black & White (a standard thing with IR Night Vision), the picture is excellent. The picture is like someone is shining a torch in the picture it is illuminated so well. Although, because it is Infrared lit, this is invisible to the naked eye.

One more benefit to this system is it’s ability for 2-way audio (talk & listen). This can be done from the mobile app easily at the press of a button. Another benefit of the smart device app is the ability to watch real-time in a tiled view, and also watch recorded events and save them to your smart device.

The NVR box itself is fully configurable, giving the ability to rename the channels, search for new camera’s, download files to USB in .avi format etc.

Only had it for a few months, so can’t say what it will be like for reliability, but the camera’s are all metal construction and feel really substantial and well made. All in all, if you’re thinking about this system, go for it!
