Bit nervous using this to start with as seemed a bit unstable and lightweight. Was terrified it was going to collapse and I am a small person. Think you just have to trust it and get over the anxiety! Used it many times during time with broken leg and I live to tell the tale 🙂
The unit was far too big for our corner shower and I am still waiting for a refund. It was suggested I may only get 20% of the cost price but I have not yet received anything. I am most upset that I could be treated this way by an Amazon approved company
