Use these on my 5.5 stone child with asd who is still incontinent at night and needs back up during the day. I have tried all the available brand in his size (not many!) These are the best i have found. They hold a decent amount of urine, however they do leak through clothes on a full nappy, but it is enough protection to last him through the night until a change first thing in the morning, this is the brand i stick with now
Highly recommend my son is autistic and wears these often and every night they have not once leaked they fit quite well a little big around his waist but he is only 5 but a tall boy for his age. I love the design how they look like pants so cool. My son likes the texture and how comfortable they are so this is a win. Worth the money definitely.
I tried few brand and this one is best so far as my boy doesn’t get rashes from it unlike from other brands. Doesn’t leak through overnight and doesnt rub on/irritate skin arround strechy parts of pants.
