I travel a lot, so decided to get rid of all my different plugs for the USA and Europe, this does the job perfect, comes with 2 USB outlets, and 3 different socket plugs, but there is no type c outlet. It is negative for me.
By the way, handy little case keeps it protected in my suitcase, if you travel a lot this is very handy!
These are really good value, not only can you use it as a convertor but you gain two USB sockets. Works really well and is one of the best adapters I have used. The only downside is that there are no USB-C sockets. Otherwise, brilliant.
As a frequent backpacker this is an absolute must-have and changes your entire travel experience – can honestly say I cannot live without it when I’m travelling. I have another one I have brought everywhere with me and the quality of this one also seems to be on par with my other one. I have not had any issues yet, and I love that I can charge from a wire or from a socket, or simultaneously while only occupying one socket (as usual when in hostels). To change the setting just slide the pins up and down – simple enough!
My other one unfortunately did not come with wires or a case and this one does which is so handy as things are always getting damaged and dirty on the road. The only thing I would say is if you’re gonna buy it pay the extra couple of pounds and get the one with USBc and the extra ports! You’ll thank me later 🙂
This is a nice looking adapter than unusually comes with a travel case which the majority of adapters do not supply. The case will protect the adapter from bumps and knocks during transit.
The adapter covers a multitude of counties both on the front configuration and the rear making it versatile for most people and destinations.
Nice to see the 2 x USB ports also which enables devices to be charged easily without having to carry additional charging units.
This is not a voltage convertor i.e. if you use in the USA then the voltage on the front will be 110V so make sure anything that is plugged in can operate on that voltage. Given that most electronics these days are built for 110-240V then it usually isn’t an issue, but something to check anyway.

I have used an adapter like this for many years but needed an upgrade on the single USB port @500ma, this model from HulGO Volt fits the bill. It has all 4 types of plugs for use around the world, provides two USB charging ports @2400ma (total) and comes with a charging cable for three port types: USB-C, micro-USB and Lightning (although it is a very short cable, see photos). There is also a case provided to store the cable and adapter together (you’ll probably just put your preferred charging cable in here). Even a spare fuse is provided behind a pop out plastic cap (the fuse is tiny btw)
My only complaint really is about the big bright blue LED light that is constantly lit (see photos). I mean a small indicator light would be fine, but with this one you’ll probably be getting up at night to unplug it once charging has finished (if it was a charging indicator that went out when charging was complete that would be much better) I ended up putting black tape over it.
As usual, the package arrived very quickly from Amazon.
This HulGo Volt Global International Travel Adapter/Charger arrived in a plastic bag, inside a nice zipped hard case, which was in a cardboard box; also inside the box is a 4 way cable (which I didn’t expect and wasn’t advertised) that I have never seen before, it has a USB- A, USB-C, Micro USB and a Lightning Connector (see my video to see what it looks like) and a User Manual.
I ordered this HulGo Global International Travel Adapter/Charger for when I go on holiday abroad.
My wife and I seem to take so many devices/appliances with us on holiday that needs a plug socket or charger, so this will come in very handy.
I have tested this adapter using a UK shaver adapter so I could test the EU plug and it fitted perfectly, I tried the 2 of the USB-A ports to see if they would charge my video light and it started charging immediately, next I plugged in a lamp using a UK plug into the UK socket to test it and it worked as you can see.
On the plug the power rating of this adapter is 880W at 110V and 1840W at 230V, it also says the fuse rating is 8A maximum (it is good to see it is supplied with a spare fuse), and the 2 USB-A ports are each rated at 5V 2.4A.
Also, you don’t have to travel abroad to use this adapter, you can use it in the UK of course.
This adapter/charger is very easy to use; just take a look at my video where I demonstrate it, and the supplied cable which I didn’t expect makes it even easier and more convenient and versatile.

I think is a great worldwide adapter with 2 USB-A ports, a UK plug, plus a EU, Aus and USA plugs, and on top of all that it has a UK plug socket, and EU/US/AUS sockets, and it comes with a 4 way cable and nice carry case. I look forward to using this adapter on holiday.
The squares on the table I use when photographing and videoing are there so you can use them to help you judge the size of items I photograph or video, the small are 1cm square and the larger ones are 5cms.

When we used to travel, we were always short of the right plug or connection which varies considerably from the UK, to Europe, to the USA and other individual countries; with this plug we can go virtually anywhere and have no issues and charge all our USB items from the same unit. Will use it to keep a laptop powered up, to charge our phones, headphones and tablet. We don’t take a kettle or an iron or a hair dryer so we won’t be taking any risks with moving between 110 and 220 volts. Pushing out the sliders is easy and they all feel firm when put in place. The spare fuse will be a nice bonus the day the fuse ever goes and we won’t waste half of a holiday searching for a fuse. The UK plug fits nicely. The charging isn’t the fastest, but it’s enough and I won’t be paying separately for the electricity wherever we’re staying. I haven’t tried charging more than two items at once, but they both charged as expected. This item will be travelling with us a lot in the future. It’s well built, solid and will be kept busy.

– and that’s just me! I have a drawer full of assorted adapters and travel plugs, they almost require a bag of their own. What a relief to find something that works worldwide AND has loads of versatility built in.
This is a ‘one size fits all’ travel adapter. It can take pretty much any plug in one side, and with the slide of a button can be plugged in to pretty much any socket anywhere in the world. Excellent. Not only that, it has four, yes four USB A ports and one USB C port so you can charge or use up to five devices at a time (subject to load of each device). The pins lock in place so they won’t just pop out or retract during use.
But there’s more… you also get a nifty set of cables to use with the adapter, in case you forget to pack one, and it all comes in a neat little carry case, perfect for travel.
This is a seriously good piece of kit and I’m very pleased to have it. I already know it’s going to be used in Madeira, mainland Europe, Iceland and Canada in the next twelve months. Worth the money which was, I believe, approximately 20 at time of ordering. Would recommend.
This is a versatile travel adaptor and the only charger that I’ll need to take on holiday, which means I can travel lighter. I’ve been to America, Europe South Asia and Australia and this plug would be compatible in all those destinations.
The adaptor appears to be very well made, compact and very robust. It fits into its own hard case for extra protection whilst in transit.
The adaptor is a pleasing design and ergonomically efficient. One of three slide switches are used to select the desired plug for the country you’re visiting. The terminals emerge from the back of the adaptor and lock with a positive ‘click’. The terminals can be retracted by pushing the release mechanism on the side of the device. The four USBa ports are conveniently placed to allow multiple items to be charged simultaneously (within the 5.6 amp limit). There is a dedicated USBc port on the side of the device, which can also be used simultaneously with the other ports.
I will start reviewing this purchase with an amazing delivery, less than 24 hours.

Seller has refunded fully. Furthermore they sent replacement unit free of charge. As stated above the unit itself feel’s quality and a pouch which comes with it is nice.
Tested the unit with what I would normally charge off it – phone, tablet and power bank. So far so good.

Great little gizmo. Works with UK plugs too, and has pass through. With all the usb sockets, I only need to carry one device wherever I’m going, instead of a extender and chargers. Very happy.
Overall it is a great versatile product I just found while in Europe the adapter was heavy & pulled out of wall luckily there was a flat socket on table which we were able to use. Perhaps around shaped adapter would be better to fit into socket & take some of the weight.
I don’t know how I managed travelling without this product. It’s brilliant. I was able to reduce the number of plugs in the suitcase and used this with USB cables instead. The little pouch is very handy and a nice design. I highly recommend this travel adapter.
Purchase this adapter as I lost the one I had, this adapter is perfect and the price is very reasonable, it has 4 USB ports so you can’t go wrong with this compact adapter and in its own little case, which also has a multi head charger lead for iPhone Samsung etc , very Happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend so gave it 5 stars .
Hard to think of getting excited about a travel adapter. But. This is absolutely amazing. The design is something NASA would be proud of. The construction feels very well built. To use simply slide the button corresponding to your location. Also works the other way around allowing the use of foreign plugs to be used in the UK. The only slight negative thing that I could could find is that if using in the UK the glowing logo on the plug is actually upside down. This is no issue as I need an adapter not a glowing logo. I am so impressed with it that I have shown friends and family, most of which were impressed with the item, less so with my excitement.
