I have had mobility problems and picking things up when I’ve dropped them is difficult, but not with these. I have one on the lounge, one in the kitchen, one in my craft room and one in my bedroom. Easy to use and the little magnet on the end is a brilliant idea.
what an absolute bargain! I have one in the dibing room, one in the livibf roon, one ib the jutxhen and the last one in the bathroom, made my life a lot easie
Lightweight, comfortable handle and easy to use. The magnetic feature is a little cumbersome due to the positioning of the two small magnets but practice will soon make that a non-issue and whilst not overly strong it is adequate for my needs. Bonus feature – the claw can be locked in the closed position when not in use, simply push the claws together manually and it extends the pole slightly and locks. To unlock simply squeeze the handle. Packaging is minimal, arriving in standard grey postage bag with no padding or protection whilst in transit. Mine arrived with the bag ripped open across one end with more than enough room for the item to be lost during it’s travels but luckily it was safe and undamaged.
I was skeptical about purchasing an item like this as you can’t get a feel for what the quality will be like. However, I have been pleasantly surprised. I got this for using during pregnancy as I was carrying twins it became very hard to grab anything off the floor. I have found it picks up most things very well, I still use it post partum. The only thing I would say I struggle to pick up is my phone, however, if I use my foot to help then I am able to get it with the grabber. Sometimes it’s an angle issue that you just have to figure out. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and would buy again.
Bought this for my grandad who’s just recently had a serious operation in hope this should help him, he thinks it’s great and does help him out quite a lot! Just could be a bit sturdier in my opinion but great value for money!
These are light weight and pick up light items if dropped. I’m disabled and drop items frequently so I get through them. Don’t think there’s a magnet on it. If there is I haven’t found it yet.
My back means I cannot easily bend down so having one of these in different places around the house means that if I drop something I can easily pick it up. It can grab very small items as well as quite large so I have found them really useful.
for what I use it for i.e. picking up the letter or if I drop my small remote I had to get a new one as trying to pick up a parcel which must have been a little bit too heavy and it has broken the end so at least you get 4 with this one so can have one in a few areas where maybe needed, for what they are they are very overpriced I feel as if I had someone to go to pound shop I would of gotten the same one or home bargains which are a little bit more but I didn’t so here we are right the grip handle is smooth and easy to use very lightweight but the magnet is not very good on it as would pick up the key I had to use the grabber and it would not pick up my 30 inch metal ruler but the pull grab is easy to use if you have problems with your strength of grasp and is very light weight also
