I was very excited but then very disappointed but then hooray excited again.
Upon opening the keyboard… I was impressed with the quality and weight. I then went to take out the USB to find it wasn’t there! I angrily went to amazon to get a refund. But as it had gone back up in price, I’d rather try and see if I can fudge it somehow, then I thought hummm I wonder if the USB in the mouse controls them both. So i plug it in and sure thing it does control them both!
So please don’t make the same mistake as me….. you only need the one USB for them both.
Sorry seller… no refund needed …. just user error and I’m VERY HAPPY with my purchase
absolutely love this keyboard and mouse set, makes working so much easier without all the wires, have had it for several months and never had to change the batteries, I turn it off every evening and back on again in the moving. Easy to wipe down to keep clean! Love i
These work great with my chrome book style laptop, much easier to keep good posture by having it on a stand and using these. I don’t use my laptop heavily but the batteries have lasted a long time. They look very nice too
Beautiful keyboard and mouse set! Love the colour of the keyboard – being a soft, pastel peach colour.
I love the keys on the keyboard – they’re round and really soft to type on, perfect for touch typing (which I’m freaking my daughter out by doing so on this review!). They do make a slight clicking noise, but it’s quite nice – having a feeling of using a typewriter to it (especially with the shape of the keys, too!).
The mouse is ergonomic and feels nice and receptive to commands.
Absolutely lovely bit of kit!
Keyboard keys are really shallow so take some getting used to. The mouse can be a bit dodgy sometimes too and I have to turn it off and on each time the laptop goes to sleep in order to get it working agai
I really like this Keyboard. The pink along with the retro vibe round keys fit in with my home office aesthetic. I also like that it is a full kayboard with a number pad and I use the slot at the top to hold a pen for easy access to make notes. Only disappointment is that it uses batteries and not rechargeable. Something I should have paid attention to before purchasing as it does state in descritption. However, batteries holding up well so far, still on first set several weeks in and I use the keyboard all day 5 days a week.
I really wanted a sturdy keyboard that would be easily transportable and this is great. I love the colour, and the mouse feels very comfortable. I have been using the box to transport, but it’s lightweight as well as durable, and works great with my Macbook.
I love this set, would definitely recommend. The battery life is really good and the sleep mode is a life saver as I always forget to switch them off. I wanted wireless as had wires everywhere, these do the trick!
I also really like the feel of the mouse
Finally there is a good sturdy wireless keyboard and mouse set that has a silent mouse!
This is just what I was looking for for my home office set-up and it works perfectly as a compact but highly functional duo.
The full-size QWERTY keyboard is really professional looking and great quality, it isn’t too heavy and bulky but also isn’t too light so it doesn’t slip and slide around when in use, it holds up really well from consistent use and it’s really upgraded my productivity overall since I began using it as I use it as an upgraded keyboard for my Chromebook, so it was essential that it’s a full-size model.
The battery life is long and I’m actually yet to change the batteries even though I use this most days, which is great and environmentally friendlier as i’m not getting through endless amounts of batteries. It also has a built-in auto sleep start energy saving mode which is a great feature because it self-detects when it is no longer in use and turns off to save battery.
I love the silent mouse too and it really is quiet so there is no clunky loud clicking noise that you have to listen to the whole time it is in use which is perfect as I find it so distracting otherwise.
I’d recommend this set overall, I’m yet to have any issues with it and it is sturdy and classy looking on my desk, a must have for home-office productivity.
~ LeadsaiL WIRELESS QWERTY KEYBOARD + MOUSE
~ COMPATIBILITY: (from the User Manual) ‘Windows 2000/ME/XP/7/8/10 VISTA + Mac (the latter excluding the 12 multimedia keys)’
~ COLOUR: SALMON PINK & CREAMY WHITE with GREY contrast
NOT supplied, 2 x AAA batteries are required for the keyboard + 1 x AA for the mouse.
All are easy to insert behind the battery covers as indicated.
The joint USB receiver is in the base of the mouse.
I had no problems with Win10.
Complete with USER MANUAL (multi-lingual) of which 1 page applies (and misses in translation at times!) the smart duo came in a cellophane-type sealed, branded (plastic-type coated) cardboard box with inner liner. Both items were separately wrapped; the mouse sitting in a plastic-type tray.
As defined in said User Manual, the mouse goes into SLEEP mode when not used…press a button to WAKE.
~ KEYBOARD:
Heavier than what I am used to out of the box, the keyboard is not the quietest for me, but I prefer the obvious key depression and, surprisingly, I like the round keys.
Slightly angled, there is no height adjuster but it stands firm on 4 x little white, rubber-type ‘feet’ on the base, in my experience.
There is an ON/OFF switch, which is new to me and the green light to the right is hardly noticeable when lit, as is the ‘Caps Lock On’ + the battery power.
Slightly smaller in width than my current wireless keyboard, it has virtually the same layout for the keys that matter most to me, including the essential numeric portion + separate ENTER key to the right.
I soon got used to the round keys and the change of position for the ‘~/#’ key.
The 2nd ‘Win’ key, was harder to conquer as I am used to the ‘Fn’ key being on the right…but like re-training on new car functions, for example, it was soon second nature.
The device holder ‘cradle’ at the top is a dust collector, I find, but at least it is easy to spot a build up, in this colour.
~ MOUSE:
By comparison to the outgoing, this mouse is surprisingly lightweight and moves quickly without delay, also in my experience. There is more of a ratchet feel to the scroll wheel than I am used to, which is not a bad thing. There is a gap to the front of the mouse and part way up the 2 sides, which may collect grime over time.
The ON/OFF switch is on the base.
There is no branding on either where noticeable…both have it on the base.

USB Computer Keyboard and Silent Wireless Mouse Combo, Slim Full-size QWERTY UK Layout Keyboard for Windows Laptop PC Desktop/Mac OS-Pink
The product I received was a wireless keyboard and mouse, with instructions.
The keyboard and mouse are in a nice shade of pink. There is a USB receiver (inside mouse battery compartment) which you need to connect the keyboard/mouse to your electronic device. The product connected easily to my laptop and was able to use straight away. Note both the mouse and keyboard need batteries — mouse 1xAA battery and keyboard 2xAAA batteries (not supplied). The keyboard is a nice size, it has the QWERTY UK layout. The keys are round and when typing there is a small tap noise (but it is a nice quiet keyboard), the keys are more spaced out than a standard keyboard but having used the keyboard for a day I have got used to the design and find the keyboard comfortable to use. The mouse fits nicely in the palm of my hand and has a quiet click.
The keyboard has a few additional functions – mutli-media, volume/play/pause, email, calculator, screen lock, refresh – I work from home and like my laptop to be raised/away from me, so need a keyboard/mouse and this product is ideal, especially liking the additional functions. A small negative is that the tilt on the keyboard is not high enough for me (personal preference), however it fits nicely on my keyboard stand.
As to longevity of use on battery power I am unable to comment as I have only recently received the product, however from first impressions this is a nice keyboard/mouse set in a lovely design/colour and a number of useful functions. Would recommend.
Comprising a wireless mouse and full 105-key wireless keyboard with a UK layout, this “LeadsaiL Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Set, Ergonomic USB Computer Keyboard and Silent Wireless Mouse Combo, Slim Full-size QWERTY UK Layout Keyboard for Windows Laptop PC Desktop/Mac OS-Grey” could be a good starter set-up, one for the kids, or for use with a second system. The set supports Windows, Mac and Linux devices and should also support those based on Chrome.
The mouse is high-profile, short-bodied, reasonably comfortable in the hand and ambidextrous. It supports basic functions only and requires a single AA battery (not supplied); the DPI setting is fixed. The keyboard body is mid-grey, the keys a darker grey and of ‘typewriter’ styling, most being circular while the others have rounded ends; power is by 2x AAA batteries (also not included). Both devices power-down after a few seconds of non-use. The switches in both keyboard and mouse are ‘silent’.
The packaging is low-quality and ill-designed. The keyboard is about 15mm deep, the mouse much deeper and results in an overly-deep package with most of the interior space wasted.
There is storage space within the mouse for the Wi-Fi receiver should the set be transported between locations, even if to different rooms within the house. The keyboard features an elongated slot towards its rear that can hold a smartphone and some tablets in a near-vertical position ready for use or observation. The same facility was previously seen in another product, possibly from the same brand.
While both units are currently fully-functional, their long-term reliability and functionality are presently unknown. While some inexpensive mice and keyboards had given good service, others failed relatively quickly but that also applied to their more expensive equivalents. Should the mouse profile or size not suit, Leadsail offer several alternative designs that presumably use the same receiver, some being of a low profile; functionality will be similar.
