LEGO City Interstellar Spaceship Toy Set, is very lovely, satisfying and easy to build for my 5 years old boy.
The instructions were easy to follow, meaning it didn’t take long to complete, more importantly, this continues to give enjoyment after being built.
This one was definitely interactive and fun. Would recommend.
First of all, the chances are younger children will be fine with this, especially with some help. My 5 year old managed this without any help at all but the spaceship definitely presented it’s challenges with trickier areas. The whole thing took just under an hour, but he is definitely not the fastest.
This makes a really sturdy and fun model when built that can withstand some proper play from the child, which is great.
It’s the usual good quality you would expect from lego.
Both my son and daughter have been captivated by this spaceship, each embarking on their own unique space missions. A good lego kit this, plenty of what I would term ‘cool pieces’ for your collection.
Takes less than an hour to make, and comes with the usual few spares in the box.
The movement mechanism is pretty cool too, and will entertain any young ones.
A small kit for a small project. Value is a little on the high side, which is the norm with this brand at the minute. However playing lego with my kids as well as my nieces and nephews gives us something to do and they obviously have fun with it!

This set has a total of 240 building pieces which many are various shapes away from the traditional building bric.
There is 87 build stages to go through to get your completed spaceship.
The spaceship comes with minifugure which can also sit inside the spaceship.
The spaceship has a movable part where you press the power jetpack and the back wings open up.
This is a relatively small Lego set with 240 pieces. It took my child about 30 minutes to complete and the finished set looked great. The rear section folds out exposing orange detailing which was a nice touch. It is typically priced at 17.99 for this size build and should not disappoint any young astronauts out there.
One of the smaller Lego City kits, but still good value and fun to build, and even has a mini figure … what’s not to love.

Once built, the spaceship has a nice shape to it with a nice set of colours in the design. The spaceship is a single seater, which the mini figure included within the set can sit inside.
The spaceship has a few special features such as by pressing the toy battery on the top of the ship engages the back of the ship to fold out. There is a mini flyer included in the set which also works as an attachment for the mini figure.
Really simple to follow instructions and it doesn’t take too long to build.
Overall, great set for all ages and space fans and will provide hours of fun. I feel the set offers value for money and doesn’t take up to much room to store.
