My partner absolutely loved this. Kept her busy for a couple of evenings and she loved every minute. I’m more into cars and buildings for some reason, but this really floated her boat and she’s so proud of the result, it has pride of place on a shelf, with us actively seeking out some of the other large animals in this range. I might even join her as what really hit the spot was the unique design of so much of this model. A surprise hit and very highly recommended.
Let me tell you about the LEGO Creator 3 in 1 Wild Safari Animals set, specifically the Giraffe Toy. Building this thing was an absolute blast! First off, the giraffe looks fantastic once it’s all put together. The attention to detail is seriously impressive; they’ve really captured the essence of these majestic animals. Plus, the build itself was super enjoyable. It’s just the right level of challenging without being frustrating, you know? And there’s something so satisfying about seeing it all come together piece by piece. Overall, I’m beyond pleased with this set. It’s a total win for LEGO enthusiasts and animal lovers alike.
This Lego set is different from the lego I have used before which were used to make a single figure but with this set the same blocks can be used to create different animal figures. Which is more fun.
This is not easy to make but it a fun. I had a great time creating these different figures. It is a nice option if you have jungle-themed Lego before.
If it is your first Lego set then it might take some time. It also would need some guidance and help from parents so it is an excellent bonding activity with kids.
It could be a great gift.

This LEGO set is 3-in-1 and can make a giraffe, gazelle or lion plus some additional smaller items.
The pack comes with numbered bags that correspond to the instructions. The instructions are quite clear and easy to understand, and even my 5 year old was able to follow the pictures and help build the animals.
The bricks are standard LEGO quality, as you’d expect.
There are however a few issues with this. Firstly, do not get this set on the assumption you can make all 3 animals at once. You need to use the same parts to make each one, so can only make 1 at once. This makes it very expensive if you want to have all 3, as you would have to pay for the set multiple times.
Secondly once you have made one animal, if you want to make another you no longer have the parts in the numbered bags, so it becomes a bit more difficult, particularly if it was a child doing it.
Overall, as cool as LEGO is and as impressive it looks once built, I feel this is quite expensive for what you get. It does however provide a good few hours or fun if you want to build, dissassemble and then rebuild everything.
Ok let’s face this you can never really go wrong with lego. Lego is far better and stays better than cheaper alternatives. This is a lovely set. Most kids like lego. The giraffe set is all set out so it’s easy to read and do. I still think lego is over priced but you pay for the name and quality.
This is really where LEGO Excels and it is a set out of the usual fantasy, movie/TV style sets LEGO are known for. This is the Wild Safari Animals set and where this is different from other sets is that this is actually a 3 in 1 set meaning you can use this set to build one of three Safari animals, Lion, Giraffe or Gazelle and baby Gazelle which all look incredible and fully posable. The versatility of this set is amazing and each animal is incredibly detailed, incredible to think you can build one, disassemble and then follow the excellent pictorial instructions to then build a different animal. Definitely one for a more experienced LEGO builder or if younger then some supervision. Incredible value for money, educational set that will give hours of enjoyment.
Let’s face it, you can’t go wrong with Lego, ever. Whatever you buy, you know it’s always going to be a terrific way to spend some creative free time. Kids love it. Adults love it. And this kit is no exception. Coming from the creator range, it has three alternatives to build from the set. In usual Lego fashion, every piece is of the highest quality. You don’t need me to recommend this set, you already know it’s going to be great.
This does seem quite expensive at face value, but I think once you realise that you get three animals out of the set the price seems justified. As always, the quality from Lego is absolutely perfect and reliable as a brand. Pieces fitted together easily and precisely. We’ve made the giraffe so far and really enjoyed doing so. The lion is next on my list but I’m loving having the giraffe in display for now. Would make a lovely gift.
WOW! I am completely blown away by this Lego kit; it’s just stunning.
It’s the largest kit I’ve ever had so it has taken me a while to assemble and dismantle each model but I’ve loved every single minute of it.
The kit comes with six bags of bricks and three instruction booklets to make either a giraffe, a lion or a gazelle. If you make the giraffe, you open each of the numbered packets of bricks in turn but with the lion or gazelle you need to open all six at the same time. You also get a brick separator tool which helps to dismantle the bricks without breaking your fingernails.
The instructions are clear and easy to follow. I got a little bit stuck on making the tree that goes with the giraffe, but I just downloaded the Lego app to see a 3D model and it helped me immensely.
Each model provides hours of entertainment, both in making it and playing with it. They all have hinged joints so you can move feet, legs and heads. I was actually surprised at how big each model was; the giraffe is taller than my 30cm ruler!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Lego kit. It’s very impressive and I love it.
I was very happy to receive this Lego kit. At 59.99 (time of review) I was very happy with the price as it creates 3 different animals and gives many hours of play.
Upon opening the box this set included 6 numbered bags, 3 instructions booklet. The instructions were fairly easy to follow. The bags were easily numbered and highlighted in the instruction book for each step. I first made the giraffe which was fairly easy as you would use the bags in order. When it came to doing the lion and the gazelles it was a little more difficult as you had to re-use the pieces from the giraffe and were no longer in order for use but people could find this was more challenging as you had to find the pieces. This would make a great present for anyone who likes lego.
A very fun build that took hours of brick building.
Each section was interesting, didnt feel like anything got repetitive during the build.
Once built it looks very nice.
A great size and its very robust and stable when stood up.
Pieces thankfully dont ever keep falling off with this.

This is a very nice lego set, with 3 main safari animal options (only one of them can be built with the parts inside) Actually the title is a bit misleading. The 3 in 1 does not mean all these 3 animals (giraffe, lion and gazelle) can be assambled together. It means, only 1 of the main animals plus the other side items (like the flamingo or butterfly)
The set comes in a very big box, with 3 manuals for each animal (giraffe, lion or gazelle). It has 6 packages/bags of lego parts inside. Please refer to the photos attached to this review.
It is fairly easy to assemble by the help of the manuals provided. The output is also very nice and cute. However it is overpriced to me with its current price tag which is 59.98, but this is usual for almost all the lego products.

Lego may be expensive, but it is always very good and this kit is no exception. Everything snaps into place just like it should.
Its a large kit and allows several diffent animals to be built. My picture shows the giraffe, flamingo and tree combination.
There are hundreds of parts to the kit, but the instruction booklet is clear and takes you through step by step so assembly is actually quite straightforward.
Many of the parts on the giraffe articulate fully, so you can move the legs, tail, neck, head, ears and horns in many directions. It is all hugely impressive.
My little one loves animals so this set was just perfect for her. Forget princesses and pirates, this set is all about awesome creatures of the wild. My daughter loves the graceful gazelles and the mighty lion. There might be a few tiny bits that need grown up supervision but overall, this set is a winner. Was a good few hours of fun!
This LEGO creator set is quite something and is a gift that keeps on giving, with three wild safari animals to build (not at the same time!). It’s a brilliant idea, which is very well executed by LEGO, with the usual LEGO quality and attention to detail.
The set is large so does need some patience to construct, helped by using the LEGO app which guides you through the instructions process for each animal. The posable elements of this set is what brings it into its own, so not only fascinating and interesting to build, but also great for imaginative play too.
Although just under 60 may seem a tad expensive, for what you get it really is worth the money I feel. This LEGO Creator set is a,so great fun to build with friends or with your parents/carers, for quality time together. Great fun, educational and just all around fab!! Five stars from our household!
The set is simply great, you can build 3 different animals (not all at once, but each one separately), it looks nice, each animal has one smaller one and a tree or bush. It looks great, so far I’ve put together a lion and it’s great.
This 3 in 1 wild safari animals LEGO doing great job I must admit, It has 780 blocks so it takes a while to put it together, I helped my godson because it was lego for him, he loves such toys, it took us a while but the effect was really cool.
I really like that kids can build and rebuild 3 sets using the same bricks.

The box was much bigger than expected its almost a 800 piece set but you can choose what model you want to build it would probably take me multiple weekends to finish but everything is of high quality just like all Lego sets.
This is a decent set comprising 780 pieces and 3 different builds (re-using the same pieces, so you cannot create the whole display at once!). The giraffe is particularly impressive standing at 30cm tall, and has a lot of nice details with different shapes and colours in the design.
My daughter loves all animals and thought this was amazing.
As a genuine LEGO item it isn’t cheap, but there has clearly been a lot of careful thought put into the design of this set, and it definitely is a lot more fun than those really small (albeit lower cost) Lego sets where you’re done building in 5 minutes and that’s it.
Overall this is a good choice.
This is a nice Lego set for 9+ kids as always with Lego the quality shines through the kit can make 3 different scenes from the African Savannah, although not simultaneously. We decided to make the giraffe set which is the most challenging but also the most rewarding. Clear step-by-step full-colour booklets guide you through the build process and are conveniently packaged in 5 bags numbered so you do not become overwhelmed by the sheer amount of small pieces that go into one of these modern Lego kits. They have come a long way from the ambulance I built in the early 1970s as a child, but the build quality is as good today as it was 50 years ago! Excellent gift for a child who is interested in nature and wants the challenge of a complex Lego build.
This is such a good set. We were torn between building the giraffe or the lion. We went for the giraffe and it’s amazing. Easy to follow the instructions and super fun to build. Plenty of hours of fun in this kit, especially with the multiple build options. Can come back to this kit again in a few weeks time and build something else.
In a few weeks maybe we will consider taking apart the giraffe to build the lion but not yet!
