This is basically a round baking dish with a welded thread in the middle to which you can screw one of the 3 provided skewers into.
The quality of the metal seems Ok but the skewers do wobble a bit when screwed in, although this does not effect the cooking. This is good for doing a chicken shawarma or other kebabs but I do not see the point of it for doing steaks or sausages. There are plenty of vertical skewer recipes online that you can experiment with and have fun.
All in all I Like this as it has expanded my cooking.

Great product so far have used couple of times now and is really resistant to high temperatures , also suits best for 2-3 people as it’s not that big in size .
Such a fab pan for cooking meat. We have used it and added garlic butter to the top. It makes the meat moist and yummy. Comes with 3 different size skewers. Love that it is stainless steel too. Really good quality
This gave me the juiciest but crispy chicken last night. I think it’s because the juice files down the vertical skewer. This is going to replace my takeaways for sure, love it for making kebabs too, marinate your meat and layer on the slices, cooks fast!
Really love this product. Great for kebabs and gyros. Meat cooks well on this, it retains the heat well. Much more effective way of cooking this type of dish. So much better to cut the cooked meat at the end also.
No more trying to skewer meat and have the skewers held up by the grill rack!!
Wasn’t expecting much but this is fab. Meat was cooked All the juices gathered in the tray which was easy to tip out or basting and meant less cleaning up.
The meat turned out well, looking forward to experimenting with different meats and recipes

Having bought the spices for doner kebab from Amazon and being able to blend it at home the only problem I had was trying to cook in a similar way.
Being able to layer the meat (or chicken for a change) along the skewer it is going to be cooked from the inside as well (metal will transfer the heat to the centre)
Already looking forward to our fake-away take-away at the weekend when we try it out.
