So happy I bought this product! It healed my baby’s nappy rash, when other creams didn’t. It stains and the smell is not very nice, but it works, and this is the most important thing for me. Recommend!
This cream is the absolute best there is, it is literally like a miracle in a tube!
Only down side is that once opened the cream almost pours/sqeezes it’s self out or the metal splits so comes out from a few different places so I’ve put mine into little travel pots and is now never an issue!
Best cream on the market for nappy rash or just sore bits. Only downside is it’s messy stuff, have wetwipe ready to use to clean your finger or anything else it’s touched.
Tried sudocrem Morrisons nappy cream bapathem etc none worked as brilliant as this. Since using this her skin has cleared up loads and works really quickly. Wouldn’t use anything else now.

We use this sparingly and it goes a long way.
We use Bepanthen for daily use and then when and if nappy rash hits we use this on the nighttime nappy and by morning it’s 100% improved. Apply a few more time until its clear.
We tried Sudocrem and other nappy creams too but this is by far the best. I think it stings a little when it’s first applied but it really makes a big difference. 10/10 The Yellow cream everytime 🙂
My son was born with sensitive skin to which I’ve tried many different products. 2 years down the line I’m still buying this and using it almost twice weekly to clear up my sons bits. It’s very effective, it does not sting him or cause him any discomfort. The yellowing will stain if you do get it anywhere it should not be, just a slight caution.
I got recommended this by a friend. Works so well much better than sudocrem!
It’s very yellow much like my babies poo but that doesn’t really matter. You only need a tiny bit and it works wonders. Considerable improvement made after single use!
I got this cream for my premature son, after he developed a rash to a different brand of nappies. I had tried other creams, but nothing was helping and he was getting distressed at nappy changes.
This cream cleared by the rash pretty quickly, leaving him much more comfortable.
I also used this cream for my much older children, and with them. The cream also never failed to help clear up nappy rash.
The only downside is, if you are not careful. The cream can stain clothing.
However, it is totally worth it for its ability to clear up even the bad nappy rashes and bring my baby comfo
