Hopefully the next version will have a ball head. In love with neck brace.. solidly made and worked great on a recent kayak trip. Hooked my GoPro 10 with little fuss. Value for money
Very well made product. I used it with my GoPro on my recent vacation. I used it at the beach, while zip-lining and while hiking in a waterfall. No issues at all.
upside it it holds the shape you bend it to and doesn;t just flop around downside is if you aren`t wearing any gear of any sort like if you are trying to swim with it or hike on a hot day that maybe its not so comfortable and you should then opt for head or chest mount. overall great product, where most things these days are flimsy this mount is far from it.

In ebike l’ho utilizzato su un percorso molto dissestato a velocit sostenuta, le riprese sono stabilissime.
In conclusione, il prodotto molto pratico e versatile.

Really impressed with the quality and how sturdy it is. Can support Osmo pocket 3 perfectly, haven’t tried with the battery attachment but I’m assuming it could aswepl. Such a great quality by ulanzi Highly recommend!
Mi sono dovuto ricredere che a questo prezzo ho ricevuto un oggetto che rispecchia le qualit descritte e anche il sistema di aggancio mi ha sorpreso, l’unico consiglio che do che essendo in gomma ma con un asta che permette di modellarsi in base alla posizione sul collo, consiglio di non fargli fare troppi movimenti quando non lo si tiene al collo per fare in modo di allungargli la vita quindi consiglio di riporlo sempre nella plastica dello scatolo di imballaggio quando non lo si utilizza in modo da non farlo muovere.
The neck mount arrived in a cardboard box with a plastic insert that held all the different pieces. The part that goes around your neck is sturdy but flexible enough that it can be curled up. One end of it is permanently attached to to the mount bracket, but the other end is detachable using the top button on the bracket. Assembly is fairly simple with the main part of the bracket able to accommodate a pivoting extension or the cell phone holder directly. This cell phone holder can be expanded by pinching the back side, which is way better than most holders that require you to spread it open from the front and, if you’re like me, pinch yourself every time. I love this design!
Getting the mount around your neck is very easy and with the magnetic insert, it attaches very easily and clicks into place really well. Without pressing the button, it’s not going to come off. If you plan on filming horizontal videos without any adjustments needed, you can mount the cell phone holder (or any other compatible bracket you already own) directly to the main bracket. If, however, you want to film vertical like me, you have to install the pivoting extension in between.
The downside of the cell phone bracket opening from the back is that it won’t rotate, so in order to film vertical you have to rotate the extension a certain way and while it’s a bit of a pain at first, you’ll eventually get it in the right spot. It will be slightly off-center in this position, but not enough that it will affect your recording and since you’ll be able to see what you’re filming by looking down at your screen, it shouldn’t be a problem.
Overall, I think this neck mount is an amazing tool that frees up your hands and allows you to film from a POV perspective without needing to reach around a camera sitting in front of you. If you find yourself constantly struggling with this while filming POV type videos, I can definitely recommend this neck mount!

This neck mount holder is well made and sturdy. It is thicker than I thought but it is for holding the camera or phone so thicker is better. It can hold my GoPro well but it took some time to get used to it. It is convenient for cycler or YouTuber to record without using hands. Also good for traveling. Just the price is a bit high.
This Neewer POV video kit is not a bad option to start out in this genre of videography. POV videos are very popular these days and there is a lot of ways of using a kit like this. If you need both your hands and still want to record video and want it to look like the viewers is looking through your eyes this kit is a good starting point. It’s not exactly 100% POV to be honest. Everything is recorded at chest level which might not be the best. For example my video driving my car makes it obvious that it’s not what I see, that’s what a child would see sitting in my seat. It’s still an interesting perspective and makes for an exciting video. This chest level recording probably works better for unboxing videos, rowing, cycling, walking…basically any activity where the view is not obstructed too much.
The strap is flexible yet rigid. It’s easy to bend into the required position and it stays there thereafter. Different attachments are included in the box to attach the most popular action cameras as well as a phone clamp. The neck strap is secure, if anything it’s too secure. I was fumbling with unlocking it but I’m sure with practice I’d get better. I have no worries for it to open on it’s own. The mount allows different adjustments as well, to imitate looking down, or up, but of course this is done by the user. All in all it’s a good inexpensive set to get started in this kind of videography.
I’ve used this neck mount holder for capturing videos during my biking trips. It’s comfortable enough to wear for extended periods and adjusts easily to different angles. The magnetic quick release is a nifty feature, making it easier to attach and detach the camera. However, it takes a bit of getting used to for finding the right shooting angle. The phone holder is a usefuladdition.
The Neewer magnetic neck mount is a practical accessory for action cameras. With a quick-release design it provides flexibility for various camera angles. However the material quality may not be top-notch and the flexibility could be limited in certain positions. It’s a decent accessory for hands-free filming but may not suit all user preferences.
This is much better than I expected. Well made and keeps the camera well positioned at the top of your chest. I almost feel like a police officer with a body cam with this on. Nice for recording walks or even while cycling. Recommended!
This is really quite good. Easy to out on and off and feels sturdy. Works well with the GoPro but equally fine with the phone (better without the phone case on I think). Should be really fun to use to gain some nice memories that are often hard to capture – will be great for sledging with the kids
I have a Gopro, Insta360 and iphone. All can be used with this with the right fittings.
I liked that it was a quality construction that is well designed. It should last years. The magnet is very strong. No risk of accidentally unclipping.
My main concern is the very issue of having things around your neck, while doing certain sports. Your neck is very critical and you would not wish to have anything catch on this.
As such, although the chance is very small of happening, I would avoid any sport where there could be an uncontrolled element.
So in safety and useable terms I think yes to:
* At desk blogging.
* Walking
* Running
* Flat only SUP (but may need float)
No to:
* Skiing or snowboarding
* White water SUP
* Kayaking
* Mountain climbing
* Mountain biking
I currently use an android for vlogging, and I’m upgrading to a DJI Osmo for Xmas, so I thought I’d take a punt and order this, as it works with both formats – there is a standard tripod-type screw fitting and the Osmo compatible magnetic fitting, plus GoPro Hero standard fittings. So that’s all bases covered.
The actual neck unit has a nice feel to it, almost like a bicycle lock, with a smooth rubber coating. It hangs at a nice heights just under your collarbone. The opening / closing mechanism is well thought out, push the arrowed button and pull to unlock. The downward button releases whatever clamp you’re using.
It’s a nicely made well thought out product & I’ll report back after I’ve used it outdoors for a few weeks.
