Although supplied with some basic gloves watch your fingers. Comes completely flat packed and sheets are very sharp. You spend more time peeling the plastic protection film off it that actually building the shed. Instructions in places could do with being made a bit simpler as there were steps that were confusing even for someone skilled at building flat packs. Once built though seems to do the job.
Other thing of note is it doesn’t come with any solid floor or base so you will have to buy or fit that separately. I placed some weatherproof wood in the floor sections to finish it off.
Instructions ok but diagrams could be better, the bars attaching top of wall/roof have no directions of facing so easy to get wrong. Definitely takes two ‘normal’ people with normal tools (not power tools) 2 to 4 hours as lots of screws, plus allowing for upside down/wrong way take down put back up. Quality very good, great item, sore fingers as fiddley. Definitely follow the instructions step by step and allow some working out time. Delivery very fast. Thank you
Very pleased with this. Only 2 issues. No base inside so water flows under your stuff. Also there’s about 400 (I’m exaggerating) screws and washers that need to be mated then screwed into place. For the love of God why could the screws not come with washers attached. I bought 2 of these sheds. I’m dreading doing the second. My fingers hurt from all the fumbling with the screws and washers.
Bought this shed for storage in a Marina. It took two people about 4.5hrs to build (with limited room at night). We estimated in a normal garden environment in good light probably around 3hrs is more likely. What slows you down is the lining up the panels to the small pre-drilled holes and then having to add a small nylon washer to each screw which goes through the green panels. It’s tedious but as it comes together becomes easier as the construction becomes ever more sturdy. If you’re under six foot tall your be able to stand inside, the two shelves are well thought out on adjustable rails and very sturdy once screwed in. The only issue I can see is door skin being so thin would mean anyone with a crowbar easily could gain entry and defeat the flimsy latch lock. However it would stop casual thieves. I think this is very good value and a decent shed which while a bit of a long process to build, has clear instructions and far more spare parts than they claim at the start!
