Not much in first few days but latter half was as expected from reading other reviews. Wish I’d tried years ago; will definitely use again and as this was a double pack I have another pair of magic booties already.
Absolutely works, my feet get bad as I wear safety shoes all day. Have used something like this before, but it had instant results, the skin would start peeling almost immediately. These take a few days, but then your feet look like you’ve had third degree burns, the skin comes off in sheets, equally disgusting and satisfying. Keeps shedding for a few days, then your feet start looking more human again.
Also they smell exactly like peach schnapps!
Not completed the whole process yet but already I can tell a difference. My winter feet can now look nice in summer sandals . No chemical smell, really nice fragrance and skin seems to slip off without any sore patches. Will buy again and recommend
My two regrets are that, one, I didn’t discover this foot peel YEARS ago and, two, I failed to take before and after photos! This foot mask / peel is EPIC! I am astounded by the results and how quick I got those results! Applied on Sunday evening and left for 90 minutes, have been soaking feet in warm water for 10 minutes daily and today is Wednesday and skin is coming off in sheets!! I am honestly gobsmacked – this is an honest review with no handouts or freebies – foot mask bought after reading an article on the internet extolling it’s virtues and recommending! I am buying more the minute I have submitted this review!
Good for general use on hard skin but cannot remove thick foot callouses. For other parts of my soles, Skin peeled for the next 10 days, particularly after having come out the showe
I felt no pain or stinging at all. I have sensitive skin and get rashes quite easily so I was relieved.
I did exactly as the instructions said and I also moisturised my feet and wore socks with the moisturiser on so they’d stay wet and slippy for a little longer rather than rubbing off on the bed or carpets.
It was good value for money really compared to how much they are in shops. I’m quite pleased. As you can see in the video, the skin came off nicely and I had a lot of fun peeling it. That was just one area. The rest came off in the following days.
I would buy this product again and recommend it to others.
And to the people complaining that it is hard to walk with… Yes it is tricky to walk to the bathroom with it on but that was obvious, it’s a plastic bag on your feet. It will be slippy!
I did it sat in my bed with a towel under my feet so there’d be no leaks and then I waddled to the bathroom a few feet away. It’s safest to not do it far from the bathroom.
My feet always have hard skin and they have never been so soft after using this, my only concern is it comes back fairly quickly and i did put cream on every night for the first month. I am happy to buy again and repeat though, just hope long term use is not harmful to feet. Only time will tell…
I’m really pleased with this, my feet were so dry and a pumice wasn’t working. I left the bags on for the full 90 minutes. It’s really important you soak your feet everyday. Don’t remove the dead skin unless it’s ready as could cause soreness. Then pumice off remaining little bits and cream your feet regularly. I’m going to use it again in 4-6 weeks depending on need. I would recommend O’Keeffes healthy feet foot cream. My feet are 100% better – can’t recommend enough!
This product is pure luxury from start to finish. It looks so professional and left my feet feeling so smooth and refreshed! Great for relaxing after a long day. Would definitely recommend.
I originally said this didn’t work because there were no immediate results but a few days later all the dead skin has started peeling off my feet which is both disgusting and extremely satisfying. Would highly recommend this product.
I was a little disappointed with this. Lots of reviews saying it works well. I mostly wanted it for my heels as they are quite bad as I’m on holiday soon. I’m on day 7 and my toes only just started peeling yesterday. Disappointed my heels are doing nothing. My feet felt really slippery and weird not long after using it like I had a second skin. But hopefully I see a proper result soon Happy to buy another try
I bought a pack of 2 one for my elderly mum (not used yet) and one for me. Nothing happened in the first week and I thought it was a scam, but then I shed skin like crazy at Day 10 for a couple of days. I think I forgot to do the daily soaking stage so prob was why peeling was delayed. Very hard skin around my heels hasn’t improved much but definitely whole sole of foot has improved and I would try again making sure to follow instructions. Think it wwill be good to use in between chiropody appointments to extend time between treatments.
Other peels don’t leave your feet looking clean and revitalised. This peel doesn’t peel in a million pieces. It peels more in one piece.
I did another peel 2 weeks later as I have hyperpigmenation I want to get rid of and again. I assumed it would peel so badly and in lots of pieces. Nope. Very smooth and my hyperpigmetation has lessen a lot. Only taken 10 years to find something that actually works.
Although it may seem pricey. It is better to pay a little more than have something that doesn’t work.
If it doesn’t work you’ve probably not followed the instructions. For me it worked well. I kept the socks on for nearly 90 minutes. Soaked my feet every day post the initial session for 15/20 minutes in warm water and if you are active each day, that also helps. (By active I mean moving around walking or whatever, it aids the skin to loosen and start to peel. It doesn’t have to be anything drastic!). It’s helped remove the stubborn dry skin on my heels. I’ll probably give it a month or two and use the 2nd packet then. Perhaps use a pedicure tool on the heels in the meantime.
Both masks were leaking and ripped as I unboxed them. Solution was minimal due to leaking and large mess caused because of this. I tried to improvise and still use the mask even with all the leakage but I was unable to tape it and missing 90% of the solution from the mask. Initially went to refund it but they expect me to send back a leaking/damaged box which has been disposed of due to the mess it caused. Unhappy with the service as I’m unable to contact Plantifique directly and explain my issue, I have to use Amazon generic returns portal which requires the product, regardless of condition, to be sent back.

My feet started peeling after about 5 days and sure enough there was lovely soft skin underneath the flaking pieces, sadly my feet went back to what they were prior to peeling in a couple of weeks so it didn’t last long. I had tried to take extra care moisturising etc to keep them softer longer but perhaps because i do a lot of walking my feet just cannot afford stay delicate. So do be careful if you are on your feet a lot as this may hinder the soft supple skin you are longing for.
I also thought that my foot skin was going to peel off in one fell swoop, or something similar, but as mentioned above it was mostly these tiny little pieces that i had to eventually manually rub off as i ended up with little pieces of skin everywhere and it was driving me mad, there was some big chunks on the base of my foot but it does actually peel around your toes and the top of your feet in tiny pieces as well so keep that in mind. It does seem that the skin can continue to peel after a longer duration, as i type this, (over a month later) the skin on my heel is still peeling. (it does look a bit funny, like I’ve caught a disease from the pool haha). I’d say its worth a try for the price and it’s a unique experience, it is gentle on your feet and i have not experienced any irritation or pain.
The peeling itself does not hurt either.
Personally it wasn’t too effective for me and my hard skin, and i would have saved myself a lot of time just using a pumice stone. But don’t let it deter you from trying it out yourself, its a funny experience even if you do it just once.
