Bought for my son for a hiking trip in -23. He absolutely loved them. Comfortable and warm and even water proof. Ie. If you stepped on a little water it would soak it in and you would not feel it. Will buy agai

I was really pleased with the quality of these socks. I bought a pack of 3 primarily for use when mountain biking, in all weathers and conditions. They are not too thick/chunky but are warm and feel to be of excellent quality, definitely worth the money!

Just came back from Lapland where I wore these socks as a base layer (2 pairs of normal socks over them to keep out the cold). These socks were brilliant! Comfy, warm and did not tuck up. I bought them when they were on offer – I really recommend these!!

I’m a bit fussy with sock sizes as I like a firm fit that isn’t too loose.
I’m a size 9 and the 9-12 are just this. Hugs the foot nicely without being too tight.
There seems to be plenty of stretch as well for larger feet and they have retained their fit after several washes.

They have a nice compromise for thickness providing plenty of warmth and I’ve been able to use them both for running in trainers as well as with my hiking boots when walking.

No complaints at all with these and as good if not better than more well-known brands that I have.

I did a lot of internet research before I bought these as wanted a merino wool blend. Great socks really comfy and keep your feet warm, look good as well

My main concern about buying these Merino Wool Socks is are they going to be too bulky and would they be itchy. I was pleasantly surprised on both grounds. I’m now a convert and will be purchasing more. Previously I double socked,but these are warmer and more comfortable.

These are certainly thicker than my other merino wool socks and lack any kind of ventilation making them ideal for colder weather. They appear to be good quality but only time will tell.

As for value, 3 pairs for a similar price as a single pair of merino wool socks. That’s pretty good value in my opinion.

I have always bought Heat Holder socks for winter but was fedup with them wearing out quickly so decided to give these a go. They are very comfortable and very warm, I would even say that they are warmer than Heat Holders which are very thick. Recommended to anyone who spends a lot of time outside in winter.

So I have to admit that I purchased larger size for comfort and all day use. If your requirements from your socks are for performance and protection/support during physical activities then go with your shoe size and the guide. Oh and quality of material and construction are very good.
