I am not very bright on the technical front! I changed broadband providers and found I had no connection upstairs so bought this based on the reviews. I did follow the instructions but still couldn’t connect. 1 email to the support centre and 24 hours later a reply with step by step ‘idiot proof’ instructions. I now have wifi upstairs. Thank you!
