The strap is nicely padded. The spring seems well made. The device works pretty well as expected. However, I find the snap clip a little sharp, so I have to be careful.

This set comes with resistance bands of three different strengths, along with a little booklet that shows you how to set everything up, and different exercises you can do. All of this comes in a useful bag.

I also used the kit with one end attached to a door anchor, which gave me more single leg exercises — the door anchor doesn’t come with the set, but you can easily purchase one affordably elsewhere on Amazon.

All in all, a very nice bit of kit to use on leg days.

These resistance bands are a great way to do some at home leg exercises. Unlike your usual resistance bands that are little more than an oversized rubber band, these have no chance of snapping back and hitting you or breaking due to overuse. Everything is nice and secure and well constructed to avoid injury.

The bands are covered in a mesh material so that, if they were to ever break, the band will not fly off and cause injury. Each has a solid metal clip to buckle it onto your legs too, so there no danger of having it slip from you foot and snap back at you. I really get the impression that these are high quality, well made products that have been thought about before being pushed onto the market. After a few weeks of using them most days, my legs did feel like they have gained some strength and toning. Good results from something you can store in a little pouch when you’re done.

However, they do have one or two things that I do not like. I despise velcro and the horrible noise it makes when strapping yourself in and during use. A buckle system would have been far better and also more secure. Plus they are surprisingly noisy. Every movement you make in them makes you feel and sound like your getting marched down the green mile. I felt like some kind of prisoner wearing them. They clink and rattle with every movement so they are hardly very discrete. My partner gave them a go and I could clearly hear her downstairs like I was getting haunted by jacob marley. Another thing is that even the lightest band of 10lbs does feel like it requires quite a bit of stamina to use. These feel a little more intensive than other resistance bands I’ve used.

Overall I’d say I’d recommend these to anyone looking to strengthen or tone their legs a bit in the privacy of their home. They are finely made and high quality, but I do have a problem with how they feel and the noise they make when using them. If you don’t mind either of those things though, I’d say you’re onto a winner with these.

This is a compact kit which all fits easily into the small drawstring bag provided. It is certainly a convenient kit to store and use.

Overall it seems like a well made and robust set of ankle straps and elastic resistance bands. The ankle straps feel sturdy, a good size with the right amount of padding, fastened up with a strong webbing strap and velcro. The D rings look to be quite heavy duty and the resistance bands also feel to be well made.

The three bands supplied give a useful amount of resistance, allowing for progression as you get stronger and used to the range of motion available. The bands can be used one at a time or combined, so a possible top end of 60lbs of resistance. Personally I can barely tell any difference between the 10lbs and 20lbs straps, however the 30lbs strap does feel harder work to use.

It is a type of exercise I have not done before and I find it takes time to get used to. Some of the suggested exercises in the booklet may not be ideal with these bands. It is clear the bands have been edited into the photos, so they are not genuine ‘in use’ images. In some cases the full length of stretch on the bands probably is not as long as some of the photos would suggest. As yet I am not entirely convinced of the effectiveness of this method of resistance training, but with a bit of trial and error it should be possible to find a set of exercises that work well.

In use everything feels nice and strong, giving confidence that the kit is made to a reliable and safe standard.

Recently, I introduced a set of resistance bands with ankle straps into my home workout routine, and the impact has been remarkable. The addition of ankle straps has brought versatility to my glutes workout, providing a comprehensive and effective solution for leg and glute exercises. The bands are of high quality, offering durability and resistance suitable for various workout intensities. Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just embarking on your fitness journey, this set is a valuable addition to any home gym. I highly recommend it for those looking to enhance their workout experience.

This is a nice little set if you can get it for under 20. Seems strong and well made. All presented in a small net bag, such that you think that it can’t all be there. 3 little bands that are covered, such that it feels a little safer if they do snap at some point. I’m not sure if they really are 10/20/30lb as I was surprised how easy I found the 10lb. But you can add them together to make it stronger. The carabiners are small but seem to open well and be strong. I like the ankle straps – they are comfortable and the velcro feels strong. Now, I’ve never believed I had slim ankles, but I’ve also never thought they were particularly chunky either, but clearly they are! So, the cuffs certainly do go round my ankles (they will fit most), but the D links are not close to each other so I can only attach the bands to one of the rings on each side. Still works fine though. Nice quick and easy way to get some resistance training in.

My item that turned up was black which I actually wanted. The item description said pink so pleasantly surprised.

Comes with 2 ankle straps which are comfortable and secured using Velcro so you can have them as tight or as loose as you want.

There are 3 bands that come with the straps, 10,20 & 30 lbs.

You can use them at any point in the day. I’ve been putting them on while washing up and even cooking. It really depends on the exercise and what amount of space you need.

I’ve been using the 30lbs strap and it’s got a good amount of resistance in it for me.

Comes with a bag also to put the product in for storage. Takes up very little space, can take on the road with you if you need a something to help do a little workout too.

With advancing years, and rising blood sugars, I decided that the couch potato life had to be left behind and I needed to get in the habit of doing some serious exercise. So I kitted out a home gym with some really good equipment, including a weights machine to complement the cardio machines I also bought. I do use my gym almost every day and have done so since buying my first machine, a treadmill, in early 2019. The problem is that I tend to avoid the weights machine, although I know that I should really be doing some resistance work to keep up my body muscle. I just prefer cardio.

These bands seemed like they may just encourage me to at least do some work, if only on my legs. The are billed as being 10 lbs, 20 lbs and 30 lbs and can be combined to give a max of 60 lbs resistance. I have to say though, that it was difficult to tell the difference between the 10 and the 20 straps although the 30 strap was quite noticeably stronger than the other two.

They are of good quality manufacture with a wide and padded strap for the leg which was comfortable in use and had a fair amount of latitude on fit due to the generous amount of velcro fastening. Personally I am not a big fan of velcro as over time it tends to pick up all sorts of muck that just clings to it and clogs the mechanism up, making the hook and eye ineffectual. I prefer some sort of buckle closure.

The ironmongery is all very robust and there should be none of that breaking. The instruction manual is quite simple and has a few depictions of various exercises that can be performed with the bands. Everything comes in a mesh bag for storage.

In use I found the various strengths of band and band combinations to be adequate for my needs, all three together gave some serious resistance. The beauty of this system is that I can put the ankle straps on and then when I wish to do some resistance training I can attach the relevant bands and then, when finished, detach them until I want to go again. I can do the exercises in my gym room, my TV room or in virtually any room provided there is enough space to swing a leg.

Value wise I feel that 24.97 is just about the top end for this kit. However, it seems well made with sturdy materials and so should last a good long while.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good heavy duty system.

Ankle straps are a great addition to any gym goers’ bag, and these are a nice quality option should you be looking for your own pair.

The material seems as good and sturdy as any straps I’ve used and the buckle is solid showing no signs of slipping when in use, unlike my previous ankle straps which would come off when doing lying leg curls on the cable machine (needs must with no hamstring machines…).

I think the inclusion of the resistance bands is a nice touch and helps elevate the product from a gym only item to a home gym potential accessory and having a nice little bag to carry it in means you can easily find everything.

Despite the additional use for home gyms, the value is just OK on offer, but a bit too high if not. Overall though I would recommend it over any others on the market, as they are all a bit steep.

Resistance bands offer a fantastic variety of way to work out. Designed for the ankles there’s absolutely no reason why you can’t attach to a wrist for a few bicep curls or similar.
This whole set feels like it’s of the highest quality Even the bag it all comes it feels premium.
Inside the bag you’ll find three bands with varying resistance labelled 10. 20 and 30 pounds. These have fabric over the band itself and rubber over the ends where the band attaches to the carabiner. The carabiner looks a little feeble but is no doubt up to the task. Also in the bag are a couple of wrist straps. They’re chunky, heavy duty and big enough for even the largest ankle. The Velcro holds really well, maybe too well when you’re fighting to take them off, but better that than have them keep opening while you’re using them.
There are two “D” loops on each ankle strap and this pls the metal carabiners on the straps mean they can be a little noisy while in use as they become slack but nothing that should bother you. Just turn the music up a bit.
Even the lowest resistance band at 10 pounds was hard going, for both my wife and for me, but you need something that will grow with you. Should you find yourself turning into Eddy Hall you can fit two bands at the same time to up the ante.
A small but useful booklet is provided to give you a few ideas to get you started but there’s also plenty of ideas online.
I’ve had cheap resistance bands before and while they also work, these are on another level. Very pleased!

5.0 out of 5 stars And Stretch!

I have been impressed with this set of resistance bands, which came with clear instructions and are labelled for ease of use. The little bag to store them in is also useful.

In the set you get a pair of Velcro fastening ankle straps with metal rings to which you can then attach the resistance bands themselves (three bands: 10lbs, 20lbs and 30lbs). The rings feel very secure and you can really feel the weight as you work through the exercises in the enclosed leaflet.

As I said in the title, I am a complete novice when it comes to this type of exercise but I was very impressed and hope to be able to work through to using them in a more advanced way in time.

Every day is a leg day…. but I can’t always get to the gym. Even on those days some home leg kit is handy to keep the blood flowing.

This kit has 2 ankle straps and 3 elasticated bands that clip to the straps. The bands are weighted 10lb, 20lb and 30lb for super heavy resistance. They give you a little pamphlet book with suggested exercises too, which is helpful.

Quality is decent. Padding on the ankle straps is sufficient. My only reservation is the longevity of the metal clips but so far so good. As I guy I wish it was less barbie pink but its only for home use so nobody will see
