My husband has been snoring as of late and it was driving me insane and one night I ordered this in the middle of the night and can honestly say it’s saved my sleep!

It has stopped his snoring and definitely worked for me. He actually fell asleep yesterday with the wrong pillow and started to snore, as soon as I made him swap his pillow to this he stopped.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Usersafter being woken up several times a night for 23+ years by my snoring my husband is absolutely delighted. We are both gobsmacked that all it took was this pillow. +++I now wake not feeling so exhausted any more. I only even looked around for a ‘cure’ because I read in the paper snoring causes Alzheimers…

Buy this pillow if you want to find something that might stand a good chance of stopping you snoring. It says on the packaging it ‘reduces’ snoring by at least 50%…well it stopped mine completely. it’s been over 10 days now and husband has not been woken once by my snoring. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersPurchased this pillow to help me sleep on my side and reduce my snoring.
It’s quite firm so you may need to get used to that but it is very supportive of my neck. It keeps me on my side so definitely doing what I wanted.
Snoring has reduced but not completely gone and I do sleep better so I’m happy with the purchase. I dropped a star for the fact that it arrived unboxed and just in its bag which is half plastic and half fabric. Not helpful when my safe space is not rain proof. Lucky I got home in time to prevent any damage. Had I known this I would’ve had it delivered elsewhere.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersSo I bought this for myself as was aware my snoring has been off the scale and my husband has been complaining bitterly as well as waking myself up! And it seems to work! Snoring greatly reduced – maybe this is due to the fact that it is not a very comfortable pillow and lack of sleep could be the reason. A brick would be more comfortable to be honest. I have no idea how they can rate this pillow a medium for firmness. If this is medium I would hate to sleep on ‘firm’. So after 2 nights of not sleeping well, but equally no snoring I will persevere and see if it becomes any more comfortable over time. The loss of a star is for the comfort and the 4 stars are because it is helping so far.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought this after numerous complaints from my hubby that I snore and keep waking him up. Debateable really, as I reckon he wakes himself up and then hears me breathing a little loudly and thinks I’m the cause of his disturbed sleep!!
Anyway, I bought this and tried it out. The pillow is really comfortable, however, if feedback is to be believed, it has made no difference to my so-called snoring.
Regardless, I am still using it and enjoying my sleep.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have various allergies that make me sore and because of this often woke up in the morning with a headache, sore throat and generally grouchy demeanour because I never felt truly rested. In fact, the morning I received this pillow I was fighting off a headache caused by a poor night’s sleep.

I’ve had this pillow for around a week now and I can only assume it is helping with my snoring as I’m waking up feeling refreshed and with no headaches or sore throats. I feel as if I also don’t wake up in the night anymore, something I can only assume that was linked to my snoring. So it’s early days yet, but so far I’ve noticed an incredible improvement, especially given that it was so cheap.

The only flaw is that the pillow has a really weird smell that’s hard to describe, it smells like musty burnt plastic? It’s starting to fade, so I’m hoping it’s only a temporary thing.

Golden Review Award: 65 From Our UsersI bought these as I suffer from sleep apnea. I never knew this until a girlfriend told me she was concerned as I would stop breathing in my sleep on occasions. It was a good many years later before I then began to think my sleep quality, not quantity was the reason that I was tired all the time and had very little energy. Feeling lazy all the time is horrible, I would also unwittingly fall asleep at my desk at work as I work alone a lot of the time.

I have tried the nose strips, nasal vents, throat sprays, chin straps, etc none seem to work. These pillows seemed worth a punt as I am sick of feeling tired all the time and sleep apnea does impede your quality of sleep as you never get to the deeper, restorative levels of sleep as your body wakes you dozens of times in the night so that you breathe again (although you are not aware of waking).

Using an free phone app called Snorelab can help you monitor changes and you can see from the photos the earlier date without the pillow and then the following week with.

The bonus is that you can actually sleep on your back too, which is normally not recommended on standard pillows.

4.0 out of 5 stars Don't think this will stop snoring, but it will help.
