Love these, connect really well with the Tapo app, you don’t need the hub, just your phone/tablet. Don’t think there’s a Windows version yet. The options are great too, can dim the bulbs as a pair/individually, set them to come on with other internal lights in the house etc, set timers, sunset turn on – this especially is great as it means the light doesn’t come on at 7pm in the Summer as it adjusts the switch on time according to info via the app. I think there’s also the option to have it switch off at sunrise if you want it running all night.
When I first got this product for weeks I found the lights not syncing, found it very difficult to sync up the lights due to the maybe internet connection not reaching??
However!! I have since had not many issues.
These work well with the Tapo app and with Echo. I run them at 15% as background lighting ( managed by echo) where that draw <1w. At 100% they are nice and bright.
Used to switch my outdoor lights in and turn brightness down late at night so save power too. Great buy. App easy to use and will look to replace more bulbs in my house with these
