Previously used Tefal non-stick, which were good BUT at over 15 years old the coating was peeling off. I thought it likely that I was exceeding my RDA for Teflon so I decided to switch to stainless. I prefer the stainless types for most things although scrambled eggs do stick more than in the non-stick type. Only had them a short time so I cannot guarantee the 5* sturdiness rating but they seem quite solid.
Shame small pot doesn’t have lid and since lids for the larger pots have such wide rim they could use some drainage holes. Overall, very happy with purchase.
Got these as a starter for new induction hob. Nice and sturdy but wonder how long the rubberised handles will last with everyday use and will they go sticky? Good for now
Overall I’m really pleased with these saucepans, they look nice and expensive with a heavy bottom. They’re easy to clean and fit in the dishwasher well.
My only issue is that they are quite small and shallow, not suitable if you want to boil veg for more than 2-3 people.
Before buying it I checked the prices at ASDA, Tesco, Debenhams but I found Amazon was cheaper. It was easy to clean and didn’t leave burn on food at the bottom unlike other saucepan. The bigger 2 saucepans came with lids but the smaller of the 3 does not have lid.
Quite happy with these, gave 4 stars as they are smaller than I was expecting but that could be my fault for not checking measurements before buying. Overall the quality is great, what you would expect from tefal
These pans look great in my new kitchen. They are not too heavy, even with water in them and have washed up well afterwards. I haven’t tried putting them in the dishwasher though as I tend not to put these type of items in my dishwasher. Really pleased with my purchase and would recommend them to anyone who wants an inexpensive set of saucepans.
