This makes perfect toasties every time. It is a wee bit slow and also takes longer to heat up than I had expected. However, knowing this means I just have to wait a little longer and enjoy perfect results

Easy to use and amazing to clean. The only issue is the slices from some loaves are a bit narrow so they don’t seal as well but its not put us off using it.

Makes lovely toasties. The plates don’t remove but it’s so easy to clean this hasn’t been an issue so far. Really enjoying using it and means you can do sandwiches for the whole family at the same time.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI don’t believe you can buy better than Tower 4 slice toasted sandwich maker. We used to have a problem with 2 slice, having to cook for one then the second person, or trying to keep an eye on the second lot whilst eating the first. With the 4 slice they can all be cooked at once and whilst burning your throat out on the first, the second can be cooling slightly. More than that, the Tower seems to cook the sandwich perfectly which not all do. Got to that point and wife says “Shall we have toasties today?” Must be able to smell the review. Doesn’t surprise me as they are very good. So, it’s toasties for dinner, can’t wait.
    Buy it now.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersNo more making two lots of toasties. Now I can just bang out all four at once.

In addition it actually takes a whole slice of toast rather than needing some of the crusts removed like in some other machines

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersYou get what you pay for. Takes full sliced bread with plenty of filling. Previous one binned due to son complaining at spillage over the sided. This one no spillage and sandwich sealed.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersLovely sandwich toaster, makes beautiful toasties. Would have given it 5 stars if it had been easier to clean. The design would be better if the sole plates were removable for easy cleaning. On the whole though, not a bad product for the money.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersThis contraption is great. Been living with the flat two-sandwich toaster for too long, and now I can make 8 triangle toasties in one go. The great thing about this one is that I’ve never used any butter or oil on the outside like I used to with my other toaster, and it toasts perfectly fine. I wait till it cools a little and wipe it down with a warm damp sponge/cloth or tissue roll whilst it’s still hot. The heat dries up any excess water quickly and it cleans well. Sometimes difficult to clean the grooves but it’s fine. Wish these things came with a safety mechanism to hold the lid up whilst cleaning!

Only used a few times but so far so good, makes a lovely toastie and quicker for us as we have 6 in the family. Been easy to clean each time too.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersThe sandwich maker itself makes toasties brilliantly, and the non-stick interior really is not stick. The only thing that I don’t like is the two gaps at either side of the back or the device – see the second picture I uploaded – and the shortness of the plug cable. The gaps make it really easy to accidentally clamp down on the plug cable and can be a fire hazard, so you have to make sure you check the plug cable positioning before turning it on, and make sure it stays in a safe position before you clamp down the lid onto your sandwich. I have clamped the plug cable once already and now the cable has a bit of exposed inner wiring.

4.0 out of 5 stars Almost perfect... (Be careful!)

Makes great toasties. Bread is evenly toasted and machine is easy to clean. With a family of 5 a toasty maker that makes more than 2 at a time is a mus

Definitely deep toaster. Cooks well. I always leave it in a tad longer even when the red light comes on. toasts evenly. The clean is amazing. Once the cheese dries it just slides off!

Golden Review Award: 22 From Our UsersIt’s a toastie machine…..no, it’s the mother of all toastie machines!! Plugged it in, seasoned the plates with a little oil and put my sandwiches in. I didn’t even need to butter the outside!!!! When it says deep fill, we’re talking mega proper deep fill- none of this ‘more bread than filling’ malarkey.
We’ve done beans and cheese, cheese and ham, cheese ham tomato, Nutella, and even just cheese! I found that the bread I use fits better sideways, but its no biggie.
It takes maybe 5-8 minutes to cook but like the toast colour chart, its down to personal preference.
The thing I really really like is the fact that I can make 4 at once!! No more “oh can I have one” once you start making yourself a toastie- with the one I had before, by the time the 4 kids decided they wanted one there was no effing bread left for bottom of the pile mummy!
I researched a lot of machines before getting this one- save yourself the bother, just get it. It will make you happy

5.0 out of 5 stars 4 kids to feed.... Done!!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAmazing sandwich toaster so easy to clean and makes perfect toasted sandwiches. It’s the best one I’ve ever owned and with a large family I’ve owned several over the years. I’m confused tho as to why people are saying they can’t get large enough loaves of bread to fit and that it doesnt seal the sandwiches????!!! I’ve tried several different loaves of bread and all the slices fit and seal perfectly!! Are people using small size loaves instead of standard by any chance? Or are they trying to make the toastie by laying the slices vertically instead of horizontally? The slices have to be laid horizontally but I’ve used Braces, Garth bakeries, hovis, CO OP and Tesco bread and they were all the right size. Makes no sense at all to me people saying the bread doesnt fit…

It’s a half decent toastie machine its actually difficult to tell when the toastie is done as the led lights aren’t that clear so we in our house we just pop back now & again to see if its nearly done,it makes nice toastie though so would recommend

Golden Review Award: 90 From Our UsersTaking time out of my day to review stuff on Amazon isn’t all that common for me, but the Tower T27021 has saved me so much time and money, and delivered so many good toasties, that I had to share my thoughts.

Over this frosty winter period, sustenance plays a key factor in staying energised and powering through the cold. I thought a toastie maker would be a good addition to our otherwise appliance-less workplace. Without gas in our building, it appeared to be the best and easiest option to make some half decent grub. The microwave just doesn’t cut it anymore. This has since proved to be one of the best value purchases I’ve ever made on Amazon.

As advertised, the T27021 is a four-stack toastie machine that will essentially make 8 piping hot toastie halves, and it does the business so well. This rig has survived cheese, beans, hot dogs, chocolate, and most other things that you could wack into a toasted sandwich. They also describe it as easy clean, which I think is an understatement. A couple of quick wipes with some tissue paper when still warm, will remove most of the gubbins.

Now onto the business end, the toasties not only come out delicious, but it cooks in a flash. Way quicker than the Breville VST041. It also toasts more evenly than the Breville, which produces better overall results.

One last point…. If you can’t find bread to fit the machine, that is NOT the fault of the machine, but your own shortcomings. It’s nothing short of criminal to give this wonderful appliance anything short of a 5* review, especially if you can’t find bread to fit it! As mentioned before by other reviewers with a bit more about them, the Warbies Toastie loaves are a perfect fit for the Tower. My personal favourite is the Warburtons Super Toastie loaf, which can be found in the green waxed packaging.
