This table is awesome. (Full stop).
The assembly was maybe a little fiddlyer than I was expecting, but I had the new Indiana Jones film on when I was building. At least it saved me from watching it properly. Glad I built the table than waste my time watching the film.
Stop killing classics for money!
Anyway the table is brilliant and looks and feels much more expensive.
I dislike the price, the fact the rustic is 20 more expensive than the black is ridiculous. But its a wonderful table. Easy set up and the storage within is great. The tracking could be better, had a mix up with the delivery company due to lack of information from selle
This was the best organised and easiest to understand flat-pack we’ve ever assembled. The instructions were super clear and all the components were individually bagged and numbered. It even came with a proper screwdriver. Delivery was about 4 days earlier than expected as well. We absolutely love our new coffee table, it has plenty of storage for all our puzzles and games and it looks a lot more expensive than what it was. The grain looks real even though it’s laminate/chipboard. It feels very sturdy. My advice is just make sure any items you put in there are clear of the springs so it closes properly. I definitely recommend this table and would buy this brand again.
It’s nice table how ever there are some minuses… As an example metal bars at the bottom holding on 3 screws, this is a problem as chip board can crack when fixing it in place. Other is that top lid doesn’t lay fully flat, not an issue for me but it is for my missus!
thankfully after submitting the photos of the damaged parts they quickly sent out replacement parts, love the product and how quickly Dora attended to the delivery issue.

I had my eye on a lift up table from another brand, but it was not as striking as this being just black, and it had very plain legs. When I found this, it was on offer so I found the price very reasonable.
Assembly was easy as anything, I did take my time with it as I wanted to ensure I didn’t ruin the whole thing or rush anything. It says you can use a drill, but I would deem this overkill and a bit clunkier than needed for the job, especially when attaching the lift away arms. It comes with a double-ended (+ & -), magnetic screwdriver which I found really cool and it’s got a good quality grip on it too (yay free tool!).
The parts of the table itself are labelled with stickers to say which is which, and there was one unlabelled bag of hardware, however it was easy to work out which it was as all others were labelled. There is a generous bag of spare hardware parts, too – which is really handy for construction and future dismantling / repairs.
As for the table itself, when lifted out it is stable and strong (enough to bang your knee and it doesn’t even wobble, whoops) and when it’s folded down, it hides all the lovely storage space underneath it neatly. The cavity underneath the table is spacious enough to store a good amount of homely items (books, tablets, i.e). My next plan is to get some nice storage baskets to sit inside the table; just to offer a touch more organisational bliss.
Bare in mind: if you are a bit accident prone / have pets or children, you might want to avoid storing anything that can get damaged by any spills inside the table itself, without a protective case. You don’t want to accidentally kick your cup of tea onto your laptop / partner’s switch console and start domestic mayhem D:
The X-shaped bars really add stability, which is much needed in a coffee table in a living area; my previous one was flimsier than tissue paper in a rainstorm. The bars, paired with the nice toasted walnut finish really add character to the room, and it has made the entire living space look comfier and more welcoming than it was before.
Oh, one final note on the delivery; it arrived three days ago and has been built and used since then happily. It says it is due today – so they deliver efficiently, better than their own expectations! The courier was also lovely and placed it inside my hallway to save me hoofin’ it over the two steps.
