A few weeks in and I’m really happy with the screen – lightweight, thin, great picture quality and no power cord required as it charges off my laptop! Perfect for working while traveling and day to day work on the move.
The screen arrived on time and undamaged. It is very easy to use. I just connect it to laptop via a USB cable, no need for additional power connections. Screen is very clear with djustable brightness. It is not too heavy and comes with its own cover which doubles as a stand.
We ordered this screen to use as an extra laptop screen whilst working at home. It arrived incredibly quickly, the quality is excellent and it is now being used every day. Its also being used with our nintendo switch!
Great item, really quick and easy to set up. Makes working from home so much easier. Great crystal clear picture quality. I wish I had bought this sooner, it would have saved me.so much time.
I bought this screen so that I could be more free to work outside of my home office. Due to my work I always need 2 screens so just taking my laptop was no use.
This was the perfect price point, the screen quality is excellent, it’s light and portable and the length of the cable means I can easily use it on either side of my laptop depending on what I need.
I bought this screen for two purposes. Firstly I wanted a second screen for occasional use with my Google Chromebook and it performs this role perfectly. One USB cable and it just works. Screen quality is great and viewing angles good.
Second role was as a screen in the kitchen for a Google Chromecast, so that we can cast TV programs. Again performs perfectly, picked up a couple of cables off Amazon (HDMI mini convertor, long usb power cable and speaker cable) all hooked up easily and works well.
I would recommend this screen for both uses.
Fantastic Monitor.
This adds a third monitor (extended desktop in this set-up) to my home office.
The quality of the monitor is great, with clear colours and a very sharp image. No problems reading websites, emails, documents on this monitor, or having Iplayer running with BBC News and subtitles.
As it’s portable it is also great for work, as it fits into my laptop bag with the laptop and connects to the USB C port, so gets its power from here and does not need separately plugging in for power, so that I have a second monitor where every I am using the laptop. Also great to show clients presentations and pictures without having to crowd around the laptop.
Got this excellent monitor for use with my work laptop as a second screen when visiting client site’s. The cover works well to protect the screen and as a stand. Takes a couple of goes to work out how to fold it lol. No issues with screen resolution. I have it in my mancave at the moment as it’s a bargain price so not that precious about it. 3d printed mounting solution makes it easy to take of the wall when I need it for work
This 15.6 portable monitor is to compliment with my HP Dragonfly laptop. There is no need to do any setup. Just plug in the USB-C cable which comes with it and that is. The screen resolution is pretty decent. I mainly use it for spreadsheet and other business applications. Occasionally I use it to watch movie and the picture quality is pretty good too. The monitor comes with a cover which also serves as a stand. This feature is very handy and I don’t need to buy a case for that. Another feature which I particularly like is it comes with mini HMDI port and 2 USB-C ports.
In term of the quality, I would say it exceeds my expectation for the price I paid for. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
The monitor was easy to set up as an additional monitor. I like to use my dual-screen PC at home but sometimes prefer to study away from the house. Having this easily transportable, easy to set up monitor has allowed me to work more efficiently away from home. Great product for the price, and the cables that come with the product are great. I was sceptical about how well the stand would work and if I had gone straight to the instructions instead of messing around with it, I would have saved myself some time. The instructions had me set it up in seconds. Highly recommended.
This is a very good bit of kit – a friend pointed me in the direction and thought I’d be handy to try.
It’s light enough and comes with the cover so now is part of my work bag and sits in the sleeve next to my laptop. The great thing is that it’s USB C powered so the one cable powers the screen and sets it up as a second display.
Then I tried it with my phone, a Samsung Galaxy and it works! Again, it’s powered from the phone so no additional power cables required.
Seriously impress, it’s light, the cover is good and works as a stand and means when moving around different offices, it’s easy to take with me. All in all, very much recommended!
I needed a cheap, basic additional screen to use for occasional travels or the odd WFH. Now I’m not based at home, I can’t have the luxury of a desk set up all the time, but on the rare times I do work from home, I wanted the flexibility of 2 screens. I not expecting much for this cost but was pleasantly surprised by the brightness, contrast and clarity. Some in the price range don’t have a case or way to stand the screen up, this has both. I’ve only uses it via USBC so can’t comment on externally powered or HDMI, but USB driven power and signal, I’m very pleased.
This is a great bit of if kit. Very thin and the screen goes right up to the edge so it feels bigger than it is. Fits in a bag easily alongside laptop taking up little space. There’s a mouse in my picture for scale!
I haven’t managed to use it with usb c as the only connection as none of my laptops have usb c display compatibility I’ve discovered. That’s fine as the hdmi works well.
Really pleased with this purchase, so much so that I’ve kept the plastic protector on the screen as I think it looks better with it on.
Oh and it’s bright with good viewing angles. The case it comes with allows it to be stood up in a variety of ways
I’d never tried a multi-monitor setup before so was quite relieved to find it so easy to accomplish. I particularly liked the fact that all the cables and bits I needed were all included. As you can see from the pictures I was able to couple the monitor with my PC using the included HDMI to mini HDMI cable (to provide the linking of the two monitors) together with the included USB to USBC cable (which provides the power for the monitor). The second picture shows the monitor coupled with my laptop using only the included USBC to USBC cable which proves both the link and the power simultaneously. The picture quality is also very good (bear in mind that these pictures were taken with the protective film left on the screen). So yes, I’d say I was pretty happy.
I wanted a second screen for at home to help when having to complete spreadsheets. Didn’t want a fixed monitor and saw someone using a portable one and thought it’ll be idea. Took a while to get it working as I have to power it separately as work laptop, would power it by c cable. Comes with all the cables needed to connect to laptop, usb, hdmi, c cable, power. Just slightly bigger than then laptop, about the size of a clipboard. So will be easy to put in my laptop bag if I need to carry it anywhere. Prefect price for me too as not too expensive. Yet to try it out with a movie or game. But it’s just what I needed to work from home bette
I bought this product because my firm closed our London office and provided us with access to a variety of Hot- Desk sites around the city. Only a very few of the sites had a second screen and I can’t work efficiently on one screen.
I was dubious about how I could get a second screen that was of sufficient quality, not too heavy and and not expensive was possible but this Youdoit screen has hit the mark!
It has been a game changer and I don’t dread having to work away from home anymore, in fact heading into London and checking out different office spaces and meeting people has helped me work.
It is not overly heavy is really easy to set up and provides a great quality image for working. I don’t game and watch videos on my laptop so cannot comment on those features but for value and helping me do my best work it is perfect!
I bought this product to use alongside my MacBook. The integration was very good, though I did have to change some of the display settings to fix the sizing. This was easily done and really isn’t an issue.
The screen brightness is adequate, if not the brightest you’ll ever use.
The screen came with plenty of adaptors in the box, which is always a bonus.
Frankly, for the price point, this is an excellent bit of kit.
The screen worked off the bat without any set up – just Plug n Play. It’s perfect for me if I want to work around the house and I don’t need to be confined to my desk because of my wall plug-in monitor. It’s very well built in a metal shell. It’s slim and very modern and presents nicely next to my MacBook. This monitor comes with a cover that also serves as a stand which is very handy.
If your laptop doesn’t have USB C port just like mine, the screen is equipped with all the required ports for it to work with other configurations. I have mine connected via USB for power without the need of external power supply and HDMI for video. All the cables are included in the package and I did not need to buy any extra.
Cables are long enough for having the screen next to my laptop USB C (1.2m), HDMI (1.5M) and USB (1.2m).
At this price its definitely worth every penny.
This little screen is light weight, comes with a case and everything you need and works perfectly omn the go with my Mac and Windows laptop. The Quality is excellent and for the price just awesome. I am used to working with 2 screens and this is the perfect solution when on the go
I am really pleased with the product, the quality of the picture is great more that what I expected, there is no issues with lag compared to my laptop and the quality is very comparable, it comes with a really slim protective case / stand which sits perfect next to and in line with my laptop, it’s really easy to set up and get connected only took me a minute or so. There are a number of connectivity options although I only use one, the cables it comes with are really good quality aswell which I didn’t expect. The device fits easily next to my laptop in my bag which is great for travelling with. I have a small space for working at home and it’s absolutely perfect to allow me to have 2 screen, I couldn’t be happier with it and definitely recommend it.
Recently, I had a few issues with my home servers, and I was struggling during troubleshooting because I have only one spare screen, which is very old and bulky. This is why I went on Amazon and started to look for a compact solution, and I was fortunate enough to stumble on this piece of art.
For a very generous price, I got myself a screen that I can connect to any of my home servers with no problem. I have an additional screen to bring to work and use with my laptop. I can even connect it to my phone, and with a keyboard and mouse, it is an excellent solution for anyone who is into phone development and customization.
The screen has a decent picture quality and is very well built. Hands down.
The jewel of this screen is that it has two USB-C ports, so you can connect it to the power outlet with the adaptor it comes with and then attach the screen to a phone, and the phone will be charging through the cable and sending a video signal at the same time.

I’ve been using this monitor for approximately a month now and I am very happy with it. I’ve used it as a second monitor with my laptop for PowerPoint presentations, when working with multiple apps, as a chat monitor, and for watching movies. The monitor has performed perfectly every time.
The display itself is clear, sharp and a very good size. Brightness, contrast, black level are adjustable, there’s an ECO setting and more options that I haven’t changed. The colours are great. The screen itself is really nice – there’s little to no reflection in the surface which is excellent. The buttons that control the monitor settings are discrete and intuitive and the menu itself is simple to use.
The monitor has built in speakers and volume control. The mini hdmi and usb cables are supplied in the box as is the folding case that allows the screen to stand up. The folding case is great, allowing the monitor to be folded flat and stored easily on a desk or bookshelf. The monitor comes in a nice box with all the things you need to get started using the new screen.
If you require a second monitor look no further. 10/10 from me.
If you look at the photos that I took, the brightness is set to about 40%. At 100% it really is bright!
This is an absolute must have for those who work from home with a small desk space! I wish I had it sooner. I have a bulky screen which I hated setting up and putting away every day for work, this portable screen is lightweight and so easy to fold and store away like you would with a tablet! It’s slim and fits perfectly in my laptop bag. Very convenient that connection to and from laptop uses only the one c-cable for display and power, works perfectly with my Thinkpad laptop.
The screen itself has good resolution with the option to extend desktop as secondary display or duplicate it. Brightness and audio settings very easy to adjust to your liking.
I don’t usually leave reviews because I don’t come across “life changing” products often but can honestly say this product is highly recommended. The only thing I would call out is I think the cover could be a better quality, but for the price it is worth the money.
I had previously purchased a 7 inch portable monitor in 2020, which was really quite bulky and unreliable. This device surpsasses my older product in every way – it is amazing how quickly portable monitor technology has improved, especially now it is being offered at such an affordable price. It has been very helpful for my work to have a substantial second screen while on the go, and the device fits easily next to my laptop in my bag without feeling like I have lost any meaningful space or taken on a significant amount of extra weight.
My primary laptop is a ASUS VIVO 15 pro with a remarkably bright screen. The secondary monitor is impressively delivers adequate brightness and surprisingly accurate color tones (as shown in the attached photo). What’s particularly fantastic about this monitor is its no-fuss usability. Connecting it via HDMI or USB-C is a breeze. It comes neatly packaged in an attractive box with robust cables, exuding a sense of quality and thoughtful design.
The cover is another noteworthy feature, serving a dual purpose with magnetic attachments that allow it to function as a stand, reminiscent of iPad covers.
Finally, the monitor’s extreme lightweight design is a bonus, making it highly portable. I wholeheartedly recommend this monitor to anyone in need of a secondary screen.
It came in a strong box with all the leads you might want plus a power supply.
I have given it 4 stars because I had trouble setting it up with my computers. Some, like with my ASUS Tinker Board it worked straight away, but with my Rasp Pi 4, I had to use both outputs, one to my normal monitor and one to the YODOIT screen, to select the right video output. For some reason it would only work with the Pi’s HDMI output 2. I’m using it at 1600 x 900 60Hz, for which it works fine for me. But I’m no expert.
