Only used it a handful of times so far but I’m impressed. Simple to use but feeling the benefits already my body aches even after just a few minutes. The added stretch bands mean you can do more with it at times I stopped twisting and did some stretches before returning to twist. Definitely worth the price so far. Hopefully see some results in a few weeks.
