I did a ton of research because I am a software developer and my job means I have to sit down all day behind the computer. It’s been almost a year and this one is by far the best. It has the best price and good arm bars that my arms are resting on while I type this review. It also has great neck support which is a game changer especially when you want to relax back on your chair. Grateful to the supplier and would highly recommend it!

I’ve this chair for just under a year. I work from home full time so it’s had a lot of use. It was easy to put together, and comfortable foe a full day’s work.

At the end of January I realised it was starting to tilt to one side, and when I eventually checked underneath, the metal based was cracked. I contacted the company asking if I could get a new base plate, not expecting much to be honest. I’d already picked out a new chair.

This company went above and beyond! Not only did they agree to send me a new base plate, they sent me instructions to take the rest of the base apart.

I couldn’t get the rest of the base to come apart, despite trying a mallet and a hammer, only the wheels and the seat. I was worried they would only replace the broken part, but they said that it was understandable given it had been used for a year and sent me the full bottom part of the chair (base plate, pneumatic pole and feet) so I could replace it!

I can’t tell you how impressed I am with this customer service. Absolutely top notch!

Build quality looks a bit average, with some screws not screwing so easily as others, looks and feels a bit plasticky, but can’t complain for the price. Assembly was easy even though the instructions aren’t the greatest.

Arrived very quickly. Was very easy to assemble, comes with allen key/hex wrench which is all you need. Extremely comfortable, and really light so it’s easy to move. Features lockable tilt, adjustable height, adjustable back support, and adjustable headrest.

The chair arrived with issues, the bottom part bracket was noise squicky and sounded like an old door screeching. Contacted customer support 23 December thinking it would take forever to even get a reply BUT today is 30th Dec and its already been resolved! I got the necessary part sent, all instructions etc . This is an example of superb service.

    the chair :
Does not have an adjustable angle lock like some more expensive ones. But you can regulate the resistance so its enough for me.
The armrest can fold up love that as I can hide the chair under the desk
The headrest is a big bonus
The back support cloud have more adjustable angles although very comfy.
budget-friendly as the quality of the build is very close to my gaming chair.
Overall IM very satisfied after the noise issue has been resolved now really can enjoy the comfort of i

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersPros:
    -really easy to assemble
    -looks: simple elegant and professional
    -budget friendly
    – has most of the features you would want from an office chair; adjustable height, headrest, flip up armrest, comfy cushion for your

    Cons:
    – the angle of the back is adjustable to some degree, however it doesn’t have a high degree of adjustability and it won’t hold back ( some more expensive chair have a lever to adjust the angle of the back rest, and you can lock it at a certain angle)
    – I’ve experienced this for many office chair, perhaps it is just me, by the head rest for me is a slightly bit too back for me to rest my head comfortably. You can adjust the angle of the head rest but not the distance to put it slightly forward. ( I just bought one of those car headrest and attached it to the headrest of the chair )

All in all, if your on a budget and are looking for a reliable office chair, that is comfy and does the job for for this one.

It is a really comfortable chair for hours of work at the desk, and I love the support to my back and neck, also the swingging function is a blessing! It was easy to assemble, and is a solid make. Came well packaged and faster than expected. Such a bargain at this price! Thank you, seller, I recommend the product.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent and value for money.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis chair was super easy to assemble. I wanted a chair with arm rest but I have very little space. This folding arm rest saves me space. They are comfortable as well. Easy to move. The chair has increased height which I needed as well but can push it down with the lever. It works perfectly. It got a curved lower back rest with is adjustable. I have sat on it for hours without any issues.

5.0 out of 5 stars It's Very good Chai

Under this nice price, the chair has very good quality and is comfortable to sit in. I’m 160cm and didn’t install the headrest. The size is good for me and easy to adjust. Easy installation. No extra tools are needed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very good chair for working and gaming

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI find the chair comfortable. It moves in the right way, has the right height and adjustments for this 6′ 2″ guy. But the headrest needs to allow more height, because in practice the upward adjustment is only a little over 1 inch, so it sticks into my shoulders and neck, depending how I am positioned. I would like my headrest to support my head, not my neck or shoulders!

That said, I have in the past tried about 4 different office chairs all costing over 500. None seemed comfortable. Backache while sitting at my desk has been a big problem. Now, with this chair, my backache has gone away. So thank you Naspaluro.

It’s quite a decent chair, and it’s almost impossible to find something better at this price. I use it about 3 days a week 8-10 hours daily and find it manageable. It’s not the most comfortable or sturdy work chair but its top value for money.

4.0 out of 5 stars Worth the price

We bought this chair for my son on Black Friday to use in his flat while at university. It arrived quickly and was fairly easy to put together. My son is a big guy and he said the head rest ended up not being useful to him (uncomfortable position) so he took it off. He also doesn’t use the arm rests because they don’t align right for him. But despite everything, it was a good deal and the chair is comfortable for his purposes.

This is a great comfortable office chair. I can sit for hours, the head rest is a nice touch and if you don’t like it, you can remove it.

The only complaint would be that the hand rests aren’t fully aligned with one another. Every time I try to get close to my table, the left armrest will touch the table first before the right side, so I have to go sideways a bit.

A small complaint, I actually mostly put the armrests up.

Golden Review Award: 18 From Our UsersThe chair came in parts in one box, where all parts were securely stored and wrapped. Assembly is pretty easy, only thing to keep in mind is the different lengths of screws to use where

    Pros:
    – The chair itself is pretty comfortable
    – As a person with a larger than average body frame, there’s plenty of room on both sides
    – The arm rests can fold up so you can move them out of the way should you wish to store the chair partially underneath your desk when not sitting on it
    – The headrest can be rotated to align against your body posture

    Cons:
    – The chair does wobble a bit on where the pole connects to the seating part (though it hasn’t come off yet)
    – The headrest although you can rotate it, extending its height is limited. So if you are a taller person or your upper body is taller, this part may not of use to you
    – There are covers on the chair which hide elements like screws. As you move about on the chair and the chair itself is in frequent motion, these may come off over time. Easy to put back on, or if you don’t mind the look just keep them off

All in all, a chair that does the job, is comfortable for long periods of time and quite reasonably priced. However for the price don’t expect a premium quality and finish, with all the bells and whistles

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersFor me the chair is a little small, I’m about 6’3 and when the headrest is fully extended it sits on my upper shoulders and neck.

Very intuitive to assemble and was complete in a matter of minutes.

Used it every day since for hours at a time and nothing has broken, cracked or groaned although a few of the plastic caps have popped off but reinserted them no issue and have remained, I’m over 100kg so pretty impressed with that aspect so far.

I prefer a sturdy chair the doesn’t rock when I’m using it often. There is a rock feature built into the chair but can be tightened using a large easy to use bolt and I managed to bring it to a point where the chair will only rock back if a good amount of pressure is applied

All in all very happy with the purchase and met all expectations

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersMy main issue with this chair is that the padding is thin enough that you can feel a metal part sometimes in the chair, usually when you’re initially sitting down in the chair or when you rest your hand into the chair. And when it presses into the chair you can feel the hard metal part that can hurt sometimes.

Aside from that the chair was fairly easy to assemble and its moderately comfortable, it is just the metal part sticking out in the middle. Usually your legs are on either side and your bottom is at the back so it doesn’t affect it too much. But if you’re resting your hand on the chair or when you initially settle down onto it, it might hurt you.
