I’m an idiot and ordered the mini case, which only fits the Quest 3 with the original cloth strap. I was however impressed by the quality of this case. Just to confirm that if you have upgraded your head strap to a plastic one, you will need the larger case.
Ordered this will a little bit of trepidation; was concerned that I might need the larger size of this case! However have been pleasantly surprised!
The Quest 3 fits in snuggly, and the soft lining ensures that it won’t get any scratches. The controllers both fit into a good quality net bag which Velcros in place just next to the headset, and then the lid of the box has a net pouch that fits the charger, USB cable and some earbuds.
It all zips together easily (no squashing things down) and – most importantly to me – there’s enough room in the case to plug the charger into the Quest and zip the case up while it charges.
All in all, a great quality product! Only drawback I can see is that I don’t think it would fit the Quest if it had an Elite strap or similar fitted, but who knows, could be worth a go!
