This has to be the best investment I’ve made in a shredder! It’s so easy to use, and it flew through the boxes of paperwork I needed to get rid of. Plenty of room in the waste bin, which is easy to empty, I sat and watched tv whilst shredding paperwork, so on the quieter side! Easy to move around due to wheels on the bottom. Excellent buy

Does exactly what it says. I haven’t cut up credit cards using it but have shredded a very large pile of paper. Quiet and efficient, remove staples first and ensure A3 papers are not folded to A4. Very impressed.
With several thousand sheets of sensitive material to shred I chose this shedder. It does the job but!
[1] I put about 100 sheets into the multi-sheet feeder and all OK until the last 15 to 20, then it grinds on but does not take up the sheets. Annoying (but no real bother as I just put in another 100 sheets).
[2] When emptying the hopper there are always a few bits of shred on the floor.
CONCLUSION: The positives out weigh the irritants. The multi-sheet feeder is a dream; I can get on with other work and hear when it starts grinding and stops shedding. I often have it going for over two hours and it has never overheated. It cross sheds to confetti.
This item is perfect for our needs. Large amounts of paper need shredding regularly. Being able to put a large wad into the machine and leave it to do its job, is brilliant. No sitting there feeding the machine 5 sheets at a time. Wish we had bought one before. It’s smooth operation and quiet.
