Very cheap, battery lasts decent length of time, not bright enough to light the road but very good ‘get you seen’ lights, I use them constantly in the day and as backups at night.

They’re great lights for being seen, quick and easy to remove and charge, and small enough to put in your pocket, if you’re worried about them being stolen while your bike is parked up. They aren’t quite bright enough for the dark country lanes, but they’re great if you want a light to be seen by rather than to see by

Brought for cycling to work in the dark. These are compact easy to attach remove quickly from the bike. Brightness is very good but don’t expect it to be amazingly bright in the daylight as a marker light.

The charger leads are vey sort and the light charging socket is the old style usb end rather than the newer common usb c

I’ve owned the same bike lights like this before, they arrived in a branded box and are packaged nicely.
all the components and cables are in individual bags, the lights work flawlessly for me and are very bright, they also are easily removable and attachable thanks to the rubber band. Very well-priced for a set of two.

Word of warning, these are surprisingly bright straight out the box. Which I suppose is what you want with a bike light.

The rubber mounting straps can be a little awkward to mount on the light and also onto the bike due to their size.

If the rubber strap size was just a little thinner then this would have got 5 stars.

I’ve had similar lights in e past but a different make which have worked well for a long time. These look like a cheaper build which given the low price is understandable. So far they worked out of the box, taking an hour to charge to full, indicated by light changing from red to green. The usb connection is a little awkward and the housing on one of them a little loose. Neither of these potential issues are currently a problem. If you run loads of bikes in your family this is a good cheap way of keeping safe. They are light, bright and easily detachable.

This four light, twin set of bicycle lights represent good value. Simply packaged they come with the four lights. Two white, two red. Also, four USB charging cables and four ‘straps’ to affix the light to your bicycle frame.

The USB cables are pretty short, but the lights have standard sockets which can be charged with cables and chargers most people are likely to have.

The units appear to contain three LED lights in each quite rubberised light fitting. There are no specific instructions for fitting, but you do have a choice. You can simply clip the lights on clothing or bags on your bike, or use them with the supplied straps to affix them to the frame.

The lights themselves offer a number of settings for different effects. The front white lights in full brightness static mode are extremely bright, but you can step down the brightness should you wish.

The rear red warning light also offers the same range of settings. However, no doubt due to the colour they’re not quite as bright as the front lights. But. in most situations if placed properly on the rear of the bicycle they should be seen at a distance.

The IPX 7 rating, if certified, will offer good protection in storm-like conditions. The rechargeable units means you’re not scrabbling around for batteries. The units’ battery life are dependent on use. Therefore, it may take a bit of time to work out the best charging schedule for you.

Being a keen cyclist myself over many years in all sorts of conditions, I would say that the more light you can emit the better. Therefore, using both sets on one bike is probably a good idea.

In short, good value at the budget end of the market.

5.0 out of 5 stars Value pack for bike lighting up time.

This is a great set of lights. I love that there are two sets. Always great to have another set just in case.

They are both bright but the white is very bright in particular and brighter than any white light I have had before. I can’t comment on the battery life yet as they haven’t run down yet.

They haven’t been out in the rain yet so also am unable to comment on how waterproof they are.

With the silicone straps, they are very easy to install and they have four light modes which is easy to change at the click of a button.

These seem to be fabulous lights and I don’t hesitate to recommend them.

5.0 out of 5 stars A great set of very bright lights at an amazing price.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThese are a good, bright set of lights with 4 useful modes: High steady, Low steady, Continuous slow blink, Fast intermittent blink.

In addition to the 4 lights, 4 x 25cm/10″ USB-A to Micro USB-A charging cables are provided, as well as 4 robust silicone straps to fit the lights to Handlebars etc. The lights also have a clip on the back for alternative fixing.

The front plastic lens focuses 3 LEDs and has a screw on aluminium ring. Surrounding that plastic lens at the front of the lights is some sort of rubber material with a flap marked USB on the bottom edge, under which is a Micro USB-A socket (see pic). That’s getting a bit old tech now…USB-C would have been better. The flap is not a great fit.

The ‘beam’ diverges quite quickly. At 1.5m/5ft, it’s already 80cm/32″ across (see pic). If my Maths holds, that’d make the beam 16m wide at 30m distance. That will make the beam readily visible from a wide angle but weaker for it.

The batteries are claimed to be 650mA. I’m very cynical about battery capacity claims, so I popped the lid on all 4 and found that 3 of the batteries are the same size and one of those 3 is marked 300mAh (bottom left in pic). The 4th battery is larger but also has 300 in the text….I’d caution against relying on the claimed battery runtime of 6 hours. At least without a full charge/discharge test, anyway.

The product description claims IPX4 (splashproof) but the box (see pic) claims IPX5 (resistant to a continuous low pressure spray). I expect IPX4 is the more accurate claim – OK unless you get caught in a strong downpour (probably)….

    Pros :
    Strong lights
    Wide Angle beam
Set of Four (use 2 and keep 2 more in case they run out?)
    Splashproof
    Rechargeable
    Good value

    Cons:
    Smaller battery than claimed
Beam may be too diffuse at larger distances
Micro USB A, Not USB C

4.0 out of 5 stars Good lights, Battery smaller than claimed
