I like this lamp use it most nights , the lamp needs charging regularly which is easy too a red light is on when to charge it goes green when charged
This is east to use, bright and has a number of brightness settings. It does make your eyes feel funny if you look at it directly, but is good to clip onto the headboard for reading, if you point it towards the ceiling. The battery charge lasts well on ours too
Replacing our grotty bedside lights with these was the best thing I have done. 3 light brightness settings and 3 different temperature of colour. Easy to recharge and charge lasts a long while.
It is ok-ish
The dimmable is not really dimmable there are only 3 intensit low mdium high, and colours wise about 3 or 4…
Ok for a simple use at home at night…
Not too expensive
Batterie life seem ok too…
Not impressed but I feel ok about it.
I had a similar light previously, but the thin cable didn’t hold up very well. It had a specific cable, so it couldn’t be replaced cost effectively. Anyway purchased this one as a replacement and I’m very happy with it. My previous light only had one setting on or off! From what I can see so far, from fiddling around with this one, is that it has 5 levels of brightness and 5 levels of warmth, which is more than the description implies. As far as I’m concerned this is a bit gimicky, I’d just like to be able to read a book in bed. I think the warmer, yellow light may help with eye strain, as the white light at the brightest setting is really very bright, I’m certainly not going to stare at it! The cable is a simple USB to USB-C one, so will be easy to replace if necessary. I think the cable could do with being another 12″ longer, so I’ll probably swap it out for a longer one, that’ll mean I can clamp the light a bit nearer to where I’d like it and still have it plugged in. Whilst it’s very versatile, I also think the gooseneck could do with being longer, just so the head of the light could be angled a bit more accurately, or a llittle further away from the base. However that said, it’s all very much dependant on where you are able to clamp the base and where you can plug it in. I haven’t used it whilst it’s not plugged in yet, if like my last one it should be good for a few hours.
Love this lamp. I can now read my books again in bed whilst husband sleeps peacefully and undisturbed. Keeps me off my iPad, which means I’m sleeping better. I use the brightest setting. Have only charged it once and have used it for about thirty minutes each night for the past week, so it does hold its charge. Doesn’t take up much room on the bedside table, you hardly notice it’s there
Overall this serves the purpose for being a child’s bedside lamp for me. Here is the good an bad for me:
+ Large clamp grip – it is pretty huge and gets around the headboard
+ Several brightness and tone settings (warm and bright)
+ Has the ability to be cordless – if you need that
+ Very flexible to bend to whatever angle you want
– Short cable supplied
– The biggest issue are the touch buttons for turning it on and cycling the brightness. I often have problems finding these. Some kind of indentation would have helped significantly
