Customer support has been great. They were very responsive to email. I asked for the rubber wheels and they responded right away on the weekend no less, and sent them out on Monday. The chair comes with a Qr code in the included document with a video to show you how to put it together if you prefer that to reading. Overall, very good experience with this chair and their customer service. I would definitely recommend this chair, especially if you are over 250-300, or even over 215. Chairs that say up to 250 or 275 never seem to last for those of us in the 215-260 range so this works nicely. Good price as well for what feels to be much better quality than many of the $300-700 chairs I see at Office depot.

Assembled in under an hour. Very satisfied. I feel the price is worth it after a week or so. Finding a chair cover is difficult so far, as it is a larger chair.

I have long wanted a chair with a higher than average seat. I’m tall, so I have added risers to my couches, etc. This chair does sit nice and high, which I like! There is a loose back pillow included. It’s pretty, but I quickly replaced it with a rolled up regular pillow for lumbar support. The arms are quite low, only my elbows can rest on them, not my forearms, which would have been nice for typing. You do have to lean WAY back to feel any support for your head, neck or upper back. I will have to add cushions to improvise it for better comfort.
The chair seems well-built and sturdy and wasn’t too difficult to assemble.

Couple of initial comments: It feels really well put together. It is sturdy, well balanced and super comfortable. The colour is a little different to the pictures on Amazon. I ordered the White and it is more of a Slate Grey. It looks better in my opinion.
Since I built it my other half has had a good nap in it and the cat has taken up residence. There can be no greater praise.

I’m tall, 5’10, so the height is perfect for me. Colour-wise, I ordered the grey, which is more of a stony beige colour than grey. Which is great because that’s what I hoped it would be.
