Product arrived as described with air pump. What I thought might take 10-15 minutes (after reading reviews) turned out to be almost 25 minutes to inflate. I should have the most toned calves in the neighborhood. And you need to be really quick when inserting the plug or air escapes really fast.
Good product, but if I purchase again, will source another type of inflation.
I researched tons of more expensive exercise balls before deciding on this one & I’m glad I did! I got the 75cm one because I wanted the ability to have it that big or size down to 65cm(by removing some air). Many other brands aren’t truly the size they state, so beware. I could’ve gotten by with a 65cm one-as I’m only 5’5″. But I’m happy with this one. Have patience when pumping it up, any ball will take a long time to do so. If u wanna take a break, make sure to take the pump off and put the plug in part way. I made the mistake of stopping while I was pumping, without taking the hose out & I came back with the ball partially deflated. Anyway, it’s a high-quality, well made product 🙂

Standard yoga ball. Comes with a foot pump and a pretty impressive book full of tips and exercises. Takes a little while to inflate with the foot pump so you will probably want to keep it inflated if you have enough room. If not then you may want to invest in an electric pump.
The ball itself is just as you would expect. It seems to hold air well and supports a heavy person’s weight. It’s comfortable to use (or not depending on the exercise!).
The foot pump provided inflated the ball well in no time. Obviously you could use an electric pump instead if you are too frail to use the foot pump.
The instruction manual provided is particularly impressive, with detailed instructions for how to inflate/deflate and use the ball. The exercise instructions are especially good with high quality glossy paper, clear instructions and photographs. Obviously most people turn to YouTube and the internet for guidance these days, but to have put so much thought into the instruction booklet is a nice touch.

My original order didn’t come with a plug so I wrote a review and the seller immediately sent a replacement. Excellent customer service and a good quality ball with a really helpful booklet with all the exercises.

Good exercise ball that is fairly easy to pump up. Comes in a few colours but mainly the stereotypical ones.
We had one before but it got “loaned” out and never returned so great to have an exercise ball again. It’s one of those things that does take a lot of space but has very specific uses that is great to have especially for those in recovery or building up from scratch. Useful for a number of exercises and there is articles online of things you can do.

The quality of the ball itself is great, it has “anti-pop” technology whatever that is, but can say that the exercises aside it has taken some abuse from the kids and is still going strong. It feels really nice and premium, the purple one is a really nice colour.
It even comes with a book, the quality of the book was surprising… it feels like a quality book that you would get at a bookshop, not a free addon.
If you were already looking for a yoga ball, I would definitely recommend.
Your wife fell off it – how?
A yoga connoisseur I thought, goes to the gym. Sat on it rolled backwards and fell off. I howled with laughter. No injuries just dented her pride. So remember these need some degree of skill and aptitude. As a non yoga person I’d probably say subscribe to a class or the like. However this does come with a very handy little book that really covers a wide range of positions that will aid your flexibility. It does go on about chakras but as I don’t believe in that it’s best I leave that to the reader.
Just a point of note, I used a car electric tyre inflator. You’d have had a coronary (but been very fit) if you used the supplied manual inflator.
Well made with the right accessories. If you need one then this should be on your list.
It’s bouncy and firm and took me about 15 mins to inflate the ball. I can sit on it without tripping and can find my balance easily as it has a good grip to the floor and the body. It comes with a measuring tape and a foot pump which was handy as I didn’t have one. I put the measuring tape around the ball when I was happy with the firmness but it was still too small and wouldn’t come to 65cm, so I inflated it further until it came to 65cm but it was too firm for me, so I deflated it a bit to soften and it was fine. It’s light and easy to use and have been helpful to exercise and strengthen my painful back, as well as stretching and toning my body. The size is perfect to keep it around my small flat but I can always deflate it to store it away when not in use. No storage bag provided but it has a nice box, but still I’d prefer if provided one. It comes with a handy well-written exercising book which was a bonus to try new exercising techniques. So far, no problems but I will update my review if I do throughout usage.
Excellent quality, easy to inflate and perfect for my exercising needs. I have been using this to strengthen my inner pelvic muscle area and I have found this ball to be my new excercise buddy. I suffer with sciatica due to my sit down job, and my physio recommended excercises for me to do using this ball. So far I’m founding it very helpful and beneficial.
This is a great yoga ball that comes complete with a booklet containing exercises to suit novices through to those who are experienced in yoga. The ball is stable and supportive no matter how you are using it. The down size is, although you do get a foot pump, inflating the ball takes a long time and is a workout all on its own.

It is a pretty standard yoga ball.
I’ve got the light green colour and it looks a little bit anaemic but its ok.
It does inflate really easily as the pump is a good quality but still ended up with a sore arm.
The ball itself does what it’s supposed to do, helps you tone your core/entire body muscles and The book with different exercises that comes with it it’s just a brilliant idea, specially for someone who is about to start using the ball.
Just make sure you have enough space and you’re committed to it otherwise it might end up either deflated or placed in a corner and forgotten.
To my surprise, the pump is not just for blowing up it actually deflate the ball as well. Brilliant makes it very versatile
You get a tape to ensure you inflate to the right size and it took about 15 min in total
The last thing you do is have to plug the ball using one of the long plugs make sure that it goes in really deep and secure brilliant Involved.

Got this for my pregnant wife and she’s been using it non stop. It comes with the stoppers and a foot pump plus a tape measure (daft)
Seems pretty durable and so far it’s holding its size well.
Fairly easy to inflate with the included foot pump, I’d say it took about 20 minutes. Ball feels sturdy and hopefully won’t pop! Includes a book with lots of different yoga excise to try, from easy to expert level. Good value when compared with similar items.
