This camera is intended to replace an older one. This one is much more advanced with its two lenses and the image quality seems superior. It is easy to put into service and it works very well. Delivery took less than a week between order and delivery

So i wasnt sure if the top camera (static one) could be pointed after you have installed it. It can! This means you can customise it for whatever direction you need to constantly monitor.

Setup was easy as usual, and app interface works well, allowing you to switch quickly between the two video feeds. Very happy.

It’s a great camera for the price. You can’t go wrong with purchasing it. Great support from
customer services, super convenient and innovative product + easy to install. This is my 4th Genbolt camera, the first one was purchased 3 year ago and it is still working like a charm.

I already own 4 Genbolt cameras and they’ve all been totally reliable, this twin camera took my interest as it’s unusual, its going on my workshop so I can use the fixed camera to watch the door and the PTZ can follow people round, its not the highest resolution but the picture quality is really good day or night, Genbolt always supply a good quality power supply 12 Volt 2A it probably only needs a 1A so it doesn’t have to work anywhere near its maximum, unlike other make cameras I’ve owned.

I am so impressed with this camera system. I am now saving to change the reliable cameras that I have for these instead.
Why have one camera system watching what you need to. Only to lose sight of that thing if you need to move to an incident!!
Having this added fixed camera means that I can freely look at anything and still have my intended target in view and recording still.

Note to self. Get more. I love this product.

You can chose the direction of the fixed camera also. Good pictures, good night vision, and sound.
Easy installation
If you power up as you are installing you can make sure you have objects in view with fixed camera before mounts are placed, just connect to the app and view. When happy with position. Mark out then fix.

Even is utterly true that Amazon doesn’t check thoroughly the returns or defective products, this experience did bring me the joy of having GENBOLT as my guardian agent! The dual view camera is absolutely perfect to view all around the house, without leaving any hidden corners. Probably you will think it’s a cheap device and not worth much, but you will be surprised: the connection is basically similar to plug&play, easy steps and the live camera views are on your smartphone within minutes! Just make sure to download the Genbolt CAM app (not pro) and follow the instructions from the uTube video (QR code on the booklet): connect the ethernet cable in your router LAN slot (either if want to use it through WiFi, the very first time must be linked via cable), press the reset button (covered with a safety lid), wait for the complete standby of the device (when done the motion test), then open GenboltCAM app, add camera, select the device name from your WiFi list (check it on the device QR label), type in the router password and you’re all set.
During the process if you require further assistance, their customer support is keen to help whatever issue may arise.

Technical suggestion: the top camera may benefit of a wide angle lens product or fisheye.

I have been using a different Genbolt model (with solar panel and SIM card) for several months on a cabin that I have in the woods. I’m so pleased that decided to get this model to use at home.

With this model you get 2 cameras. One that is still and another that rotates almost 360 which is great to avoid blind spots.
Connection wise, can either use WiFi or Ethernet cable. (Supplied Ethernet cable is on the short side. Might need a longer one depending on your setup. However if WiFi is available, DC cable is long enough for most setups).
Also very easy to setup, taking 5-10min to get it up and running.

So far have only tried it at home, but very pleased with app and camera response, motion detection and the video quality is superb for the price.
Once it stops raining, will have it installed outside. Judging by the experience with the other model, there will be no problem with water.
