I’ve been using the blue exerciser from their three-pack, and it’s surprisingly effective. The blue one has just the right resistance to start with, and I’ve really felt it working the muscles around my jaw and neck. It’s simple to use while watching TV or even working at my desk, and I’m already noticing a bit more definition. It’s a neat, no-fuss way to work on my jawline without any complex setup.
I wanted to try using a jaw exerciser without spending too much, and this set was the perfect solution. It comes with multiple resistance levels so I can progress as I get used to the exercise. There’s a noticeable difference in tension between the levels too. I’m starting to see some subtle definition after a few weeks.
I have been doing vocal training and one of the exercise involves reading aloud with your mouth held open. These are great for having something safe to bite onto when doing the exercise.
The blue is the lightest resistance, purple medium, black hardest.
Each exerciser comes in its own plastic case and has a spare set of biting strips.
The biting strips are good for keeping the exercisers for getting too chewed. The strips need to be moulded like with a gum guard. You put it in boiling water to soften it, then bite and let it cool and set. Doing this makes the exercisers much more comfortable to use.
The exercisers are easy to clean and dry quickly.
