Very nice hob cover. It has lovely design and looks amazing on our kitchen. It protect our ceramic hob from scratches. The mat is heat resistant. Also can be used in any other surface and let you put any hot pans without worries to damage your table. Easy and fast to clean – just wipe it. I believe you can put it in disgwasher as well, but haven’ t try it yet. So I find this cover very handy to have in the kitchen as I can use it in different ways. The only thing you can not put it on hob when it on of course. It little bit pricey on my opinion. Still I really like it and happy to recommend it.

It is simple to just place it on your hob and then take it off when you want to use the hob. It has a nice sunflower picture on the front which you may or may not like depending on the style of your kitchen. It is a good size to cover a 2×2 hob and is quite a good thickness so it does a good job of stopping things from scratching the hob.

It is also heat resistant so you don’t have to worry about putting hot trays on it which you take out of the oven. Overall, it does its job quite well, I would recommend it.

The first thing I noticed when I opened this hob cover was how thick it felt, it is very good quality. It is made from natural rubber and the dimesons are 61L x 0.2W x 53Th centimetres. It is made primarily to protect glass or ceramic stove tops from scratches, scrapes cracked glass, dirt and spills in order to lengthen the life of your hob, but of course it is adaptable for other functions.

I am impressed that it can withstand temperatures of up to 400F. This feature enables you to confidently place hot dishes on the mat, or even use it as a heat-resistant mat. This is really handy when cooking with lots of pots, enabling you to put them down on the counter top without marks to the countertop, or to the mat itself. It has an anti-slip coating, ensuring it remains securely in place while in use.

The sunflower image is really pretty with the black background and looks lovely in my kitchen. It rolls away easily when not in use and comes with a silicone slap wristband for storing away. The mat is easy to keep clean a quick wipe and it dries quickly. It can also go into the dishwasher. I have also used it for ironing quickly when a top needed a once over and I didn’t have time to get the ironing board out before work. The price is around average for these mats, but because this one is better quality than the ones I have had in the past, it is excellent value.

This is a very pretty hob cover. It fitted over my hob perfectly. Admittedly I wasn’t sure why we needed something like this but, once in place, it looked really good and brightened the kitchen up. I would certainly recommend it to someone with a scruffy hob. It is made of soft rubber and is sure to help protect the hob from things falling on it. Being heat resistant up to 400C adds to its usefulness imo as you can put hot pans etc on top of it. I do think they could do with a selection of pictures, and I’m sure it wouldn’t be all that difficult to have a personalized picture, such as a family member or favourite view. This would make them much more desirable as I think it is a little pricey.
