If you have never used this product before, then you can try it out using this. Easy enough product for few pairs shoes, handbags etc. Then just buy extra, but larger size when cleanser or conditioner run out. I really like it. Great for my Horse Riding Boots.
Once you get the hang of the spreading and the buffing. A first class nourishing conditioner. It is hard work. But the shine has made our chesterfields look like new!
Cleaning and conditioning leather upholstery, cleaning solution easy to apply, conditioner very thick – more effort to use ( well worth it though ), a little of both products goes a long way, leather looks and feels sumptuous, cheaper products out there but this product well worth the money to keep your leather in top condition.
I bought it to condition my black leather jacket and it works a treat the leather has stopped being so stiff and the colour is back I am delighted. I did 2 coats but I still have most of the bottle lef
My 20+ year old suite, jumpe d on and abused by three grandchildren has been given a new lease of life by the Leather Honey cleaner and conditioner. I am SO pleased, I was a bit dubious about the price but it was money well spent, and I have plenty left for future treatments, I am even considering doing my brothers suite for him.
Would highly recommend
A really superb, easy to use product. I brought the set of cleaner and conditioner and received two cloths with it, also it was packed beautifully so that I could keep it together so it’s ready for use.
This product has resurrected our old leather dog leads and collar’s like new, I had tried other products which were underwhelming, this oil, gel or whatever it’s classed as goes on like a dream and soaks in really quickly, I put it on both sides of the collars and left them overnight, the colour is back and the leather supple. Overall a great produc
Needed to condition and waterproof two leather carry items. Leather Honey easy to apply and work into the leather and seams.
Left for a day for leather to fully absorb, then buff away any reside.
Leather looks and feels more ply able.
Fast delivery and good price for a great product!
I used it to revitalise my 2-decade-old leather jacket. Never applied anything to it before so it begun showing its age and so I decided to revitalised it with that magical bottle of oil. Absolutely no sticky residue to worry about! I used some cotton buds to spread the oil inch by inch onto my jacket and now it is soft like brand new. It’s one of the most amazing Amazon purchase I have ever made.
I cleaned my leather sofa with the cleaner and conditioner. The sofa was clean so I don’t think much came off with the cleaner however the conditioner really brought a shine to the sofa. The conditioner was sticky but once I warned a little by submersing the closed bottle in warm water it went on much easier. Buffed off quite nicely. I was expecting a smell to the product but there wasn’t any. Overall I would recommend.
I bought this on the strength of the reviews on here.
I was undertaking some much-needed maintenance on two leather sofas. After cleaning and using a colour restorer, they both needed a moisturising agent to add some suppleness to the leather. I can see why it is called ‘Honey’ – it is quite a viscous fluid. I ended up warming the bottle in a jug of hot water, and then applying the liquid with my finger tips – the heat from my fingers helped spread the Leather Honey onto, and into the leather.
It did take some time to apply fully and I did it a cusion, or leather panel at a time, all the time using my fingers to spread the liquid. It did darken the leather slightly, and after leaving it for 24 hours after application it had made a noticeable difference to the overall feel of the leather. In areas of high usage I applied a second coat, and again, left it for 24 hours to soak in. After soaking in I used a clean microfibre cloth to buff up the leather sofa and remove any excess that may have remained on the surface. The end result was very good.
Would I buy it again?? Yes, I certainly would do. Certainly not the easiest or quickest to apply, but really does make a difference to the suppleness of the leather (and your skin if you apply it with your fingers!!). It has a well deserved review rating.
Does exactly what it says. Brought an ’08 bmw and the leather was looking a bit tired. Required:
Leather cleaner
Non-scratch brush
Warm water
Microfibre cloth
Leather honey
Started by spraying cleaner directly on to the seats, dipping the brush in to the warm water and scrubbing away, periodically redipping in to the water. Suds up nicely and you know its agitating the built up dirt. Wipe down with a Microfibre cloth and see the muck come out!
Get a new Microfibre cloth. Spray the cleaner directly on to the cloth and wipe all over. Do this a couple of times. I used a new cloth again to wipe down a third time and saw a massive reduction in the dirt on the cloth, so I knew it was all good for the honey.
Honey, do not try and use cold!! Far too thick and a struggle to spread. Get a small jug and use very warm (NOT BOILING) water. Leave for 10mins and give it a good shake. This makes it far more flowy and maleable on the leather. There is mention that you can spread on with a paintbrush. I have done this. If youre doing a pair of shoes, id say do it this way as the finish seems darker. However, on something of any decent size, such as a car interior, spread on with a Microfibre cloth. Once the cloth absorbs a good amount of the honey you can cover a decent size area in relatively quick time. I dont know why, but the honey just doesnt spread so well with a brush, making it a huge chore and wanting to throw it out the window.
I applied and buffed the nearside rear seat on its own first so I knew whether to spend time doing the rest the car. The middle has been cleaned but you can still see the visible sheen and extra life the honey has given the seat. Im very happy, and have just come in from finishing the entire rear 🙂
