I’ve been using this for just over a month, I’ve mostly used the red light. This week following some blotchy breakouts I’ve used the blue light and found it really calmed my skin down. I don’t always use the chest/neck pad so not sure how much of a difference that is making, but I’m glad I have the option to use if wanted.
I have had my mask for just over a month and it is faulty. No way to contact the company.
Update. Company got in touch and sent a new mask which is working well so far.
This is a great mask which deals with most skin concerns. It is easy to use light and portable. There are many masks on the market these days but I think that this one is hard to beat and their customer service is brillia
On the whole it is fab but I do have some niggles that I think doesn’t make it 5 stars.
Cons – Velcro straps are HORRIBLE – they stick to everything, this is the worst thing for me, it’s so frustrating!
Battery life, you can only realistically do 3x 20 min sessions before you have to recharge. There’s also no warning, it goes from 2 bars of battery to dead.
Guide – whilst it’s great for explaining the 7 different colours, I didn’t realise there’s 5 strength settings until I accidentally pressed the on/off button whilst in use.

I contacted their Customer Service yesterday 2nd Feb, they replied straight away with the solutions and apologies. I expected to receive the new remote control replacement, but next day I received the whole new thing!brand new neck and face mask for which I’m very grateful! This unit works perfectly, and red colour was the most important to me…that’s why initially I purchased it for, mainly for the red light therapy.
Great company with absolutely fantastic customer service, they’re really looking after their customers. I highly recommend this mask it’s amazing quality, very soft and lightweight. I’ve been using it only few days, the old one and new one today and I can already see a little improvement on my skinbut I will update later on it too.
I highly recommend this company, you can be sure they will look after you in case of any issues, doubts or questions. Their speed of response is just amazing!

I’ve been using this mask for about 5 months and am really happy with it – use it around 3 times per week. It can take some positioning to get comfy but once it’s on right it’s quite comfortable.
Eyewear is provided but honestly I just found they dug into around my eyes and have found it much better to not use them and close my eyes – which is fine because they aren’t built into the mask and can be removed easily.
I did have a bit of an issue where the wire had separated from the face mask so I contacted their customer service team and after gathering my info they sent me a replacement mask within a few days. Really happy, and love the new economical box design!
I bought this item and it worked well for about a month before developing a fault , I must admit I was a bit sceptical before contacting customer support with the problem , but I shouldn’t have worried , their reply was very prompt and with no hesitation a new replacement mask was sent out, which iv had for a few months now and is working fine , bottom line this company obviously values its customers and therefore their customer support is excellent.
Honestly was so happy when I first got it and it worked for a while. Honestly the remote was dodgy from the beginning but I could always get it to work 1 cycle atleast. However now the return period is just end the item is faulty. When I turn it on it now automatically turns off after about 20 seconds which is a joke. I am really pissed off. Do it but save your money and go elsewhere. I now have an expensive piece of junk. Not very durable and hasn’t lasted.
I love this LED light mask. Since going through the Menopause my skin has been prone to breakouts and spots.
This LED mask has helped balance my skin when using daily. I’ve had the mask just under a week and seen improvement already. Its easy to use and adjust. I personally prefer the red for it’s anti ageing benefits and collagen boosting. The green is good for the declogeege and neck area as evens out my hyperpigmentation & breakouts.
Very happy with this purchase and the price is good for the benefits it gives you.
They stated the wavelengths of the light provided by the leds indicating that they’re medical grade
Because of the even distribution of the leds (who wants patches missed?)
Because I wanted some light to hit my eye area as well as face (some masks completely leave out the eye area). *please note that this isn’t for everybody but I have read that red light therapy is beneficial to the eyes and the warnings don’t apply to me.

When it arrived it was of much better quality than I was expecting and I was pleased.
I charged it (please note that when charging the battery fullness icons will show the mask is going between nearly full and full no matter how much battery there is left to charge so it can take longer than you think as it may be empty but look nearly full when charging) and tried it..
All I can tell you is that within a few uses I’ve noticed a marked improvement where its restored circulation, particularly under my eyes which was my biggest concern. I use it twice a day for 20-30 minutes at a time now – it’s very pleasant and relaxing to use.
It was a little difficult to get it comfortable but I’ve now cracked it – my advice is cross cross the straps behind the head from top to bottom I the shape of an X and don’t over tighten the mask so it’s pressing on your nose too hard. It’s then very comfortable and stays put.
My only bug bear is the battery life. It does 3×20 minute sessions on one charge or 2xhalf hour sessions. I’d honestly rather be able to plug it in than have to keep charging it all the time.
I’ve been sold an item with a faulty LED controller. It had the backlight of the LED but didn’t show me anything making it hard to control the modes and duration.
I contacted the seller immediately and after a few weeks received a whole new device with a working controller.
Not an impeccable experience but eventually they recovered my trust.

After extensive research off customers and professionals alike I decided to choose nourished .
nourished customer reviews are mixed ,
by that I mean some customers have only just received their mask and given their opinion and results and others that have had their mask for a few weeks and seen results .
I have got to agree with the presentation it is 2nd to none that includeds the very expensive brands.
The mask itself is easy to use and very comfortable and the added bonus it comes with a neck and chest piece which I must admit I also use that piece for my hands .

There are many different colours with different benefits and while this is awesome, I do feel overwhelmed as to which colour to pick best to fit my skin issues.
You use the remote to choose your colour, brightness and to set the timer.
I have not noticed any positive effects from this yet and my skin actually broke out a little the next day but I am hoping this is just my skin purging itself!
This would save anyone a fortune in the long run and I am looking forward to seeing how my skin looks after longer use.
This LED light therapy set is a game changer in my skincare routine. I love that I can target specific concerns with the different color lights and get the treatments I would in a salon at home. I can already notice that my skin is firmer and brighter, and my acne marks are considerably reduced. I also appreciate that it is made of high-quality silicone and is safe and comfortable. The price is very affordable compared with the other brands out there, and this one also targets the dcollet, which is often a neglected area. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an at-home skincare solution.
P.S. The light does not flicker in reality. It happens in the video because of the camera.
EDIT ….. Since my previous review (below) the company contacted me immediately I posted the review and provided an instruction manual. They wasted no time to apologize and explain their website was undergoing construction which is why I couldn’t access it and they sent me the instruction manual via the Amazon message service to resolve my problem. Therefore I felt it is only fair to point out their customer service is excellent. In fact I was surprised how quickly they responded.
My problem that I spoke of has now been resolved. Thanks to the companies professional and rapid response. (It’s nice to know some companies do actually care and want to help)
I have now tried the mask and although it’s too soon to tell ( I have used a light therapy mask before with satisfactory results) – it works as it should, is easy to use, comfortable to wear and the instructions are simple to follow. I particularly like that it’s lighter than the previous one I had which was hard plastic. This one is more comfortable for me.
I can now confidently recommend this product and the companies customer service.

can’t test this because there are no instructions in the box. I tried googling the company and I got a warning message from Google saying the web site was unsafe. I then found a small card in the box with a qr code to scan for instructions. I scanned it and it wanted me to download a file which I’m not prepared to do after the Google warning about the website being unsafe.
So I can’t use the mask and I can’t test. It.
I’ve given 2 stars because it actually looks good quality but I can’t judge it’s performance because I can’t use it.
I do not recommend this product nor downloading any files that Google say is un safe.
In the box you have the face mask, the neck mask, spare eye protectors, cables and the black ties for attaching the mask. There are no instructions, just a QR code to scan for them but that was simple enough – I have posted a screen shot of each of the 8 cycles and what they’re for in case it’s useful.
If I had any gripes at all, it would be diagrams of how to fit the black ties to the mask – it took me a few attempts to get it right, especially the neck one because you have to attach one end, put it round your neck, then attach the other end but it took me a few minutes of playing to figure it out.
Once it was set up, I had a go at cycle 8 which is where it goes through all the 7 colours . I do have problem skin with minor acne, dryness and lines caused by menopause and old age so any improvement would be great.
I washed and dried my face then put the mask on – it felt a bit weird at first and I couldn’t wear my glasses so I just sat still for 10 minutes – there was no weird plastic smell to the mask and it was surprisingly comfortable but I wouldn’t be able to walk around or see anything when I’m wearing it so will use it as a chance to relax.
After the mask had finished, it automatically switched off – I applied a bit of night time face cream and I have to say I’m impressed – there was actually a noticeable difference, albeit small but my face definitely looked fresher and felt nice – sort of when you’ve sat outside and had a bit of sun and feel glowing (not burning of course :)).
I can’t wait to see what the longer term effects of this will be, I have high hopes and really impressed with it.
It is a perfect price quality match! Definitely worth it . As a person with acnee problems i have been advised by a dermatologist to purchase this mask and i am delighted to say that it works perfect. You can see improvements in your skin straight after first session. I would say to use a serum after using the mask to help the skin elasticity. I am really happy with this purchase and I recommend it 100%.
A couple of complaints. There are no paper instructions, they have to be scanned and downloaded which I do not like at all. Also,the mask could have been made slightly bigger for the face area.
