MAMBASNAKE R1 59g Tri-mode lightweight Wireless Gaming
MAMBASNAKE R1 59g Tri-mode lightweight Wireless Gaming Mouse, 2.4GHz/Bluetooth/Wired Connectivity, 5 Programmable Buttons,6 Adjustable DPI up to 18000,PixArt PAW3311 Optical Sensor for PC/Laptop-White
I bought this mouse to have a cheap gaming mouse that I won’t be too sad about when it eventually disintegrates as all my previous ones. To my surprise this thing is sweet ! Weights a total of 55g (on a kitchen scale) and has a built in battery, usbc port and can be connected via Bluetooth, cable (included) or USB dongle. It came with rubber grips which look sweet and feel great. Honestly I’m so happy with this for the price, I play Tarkov and it’s a great improvement from my Logitech G604, which is more ergonomic but heavy AF
I’ve been using this wireless gaming mouse for gaming on my PC. It’s lightweight, which makes it comfortable for long gaming sessions, and I’ve experienced minimal input lag, providing a smooth gaming experience.
Pros:
*Lightweight design adds comfort during extended use.
*Minimal input lag ensures responsive gaming.
Versatile with both Bluetooth and USB connection modes.
Cons:
*Lack of a side scroll wheel might be a drawback for certain games and internet tasks.
In conclusion, this wireless gaming mouse is a simple and effective choice for gamers who prioritize comfort and responsiveness.
This gaming mouse has become an integral part of my gaming setup. The flexibility to switch between modes depending on my activity is a significant advantage. In gaming mode, its responsiveness is remarkable, offering me an edge in fast-paced games. The design is sleek and fits comfortably in my hand, reducing fatigue during extended gaming sessions. Programming the buttons was intuitive, allowing me to customize it to my gaming style.
Arrived as described, as pictured, safe and sound. This mouse works quite well and is pretty well made. Firstly, it’s a full size mouse and I would say it’s bigger than most wireless mice of a similar price point, it’s certainly not portable. It appears to be well made, the buttons don’t feel cheap and have a reassuring firm click to them and the scroll wheel also has a nice and positive scroll action to it. Plastics are very good, the mouse feels high quality with very little give or flex and the Red matt finish is also quite fetching. It has two operating modes, either as a conventional wireless mouse with USB receiver (which is located under a small cover inside the mouse) or as a Bluetooth mouse, there’s also an on/of + mode selector switch located on the bottom of the mouse. Just a reminder, make sure you remove the blue protective plastic from the plastic pads on the bottom of the mouse otherwise it wont glide properly. Comes complete with a nice braided USB-C cable. Recommended
This was a nice sized gaming mouse (I pictured alongside my gaming mouse on my desktop). I plugged the dongle into a Windows 10 laptop and everything just worked.
It didn’t lag noticeably and felt good in the hand. It was ideal for using with the laptop. It can be used as I did or alternatively you can plug it in via a usb cable and use it as a wired mouse, or it can be connected via Bluetooth. I think the best compromise of ease of use, latency and flexibility was to use the 2.4Ghz dongle, but obviously everyone will have their own preference.
I like this device and it’s worked like a treat so far.
Mambasnake r1 wireless gaming mouse.
This was on sale for 33.99 when I got it. It’s a nice mouse, it’s very light, some people prefer that, I personally prefer a bit more weight to my mice, but that’s personal preference.
You can use this mouse wirelessly, either bluetooth or 2.4 Ghz, or you can use it wired. It connects via a 1.5 metre long cable, and whilst it’s plugged in it’s charging.
The connector for using the mouse wirelessly is included in the bottom of the mouse, for safekeeping when not in use, the last thing you want to do is lose this – this keeps it safe when you’re not using it. As soon as you plug the mouse in, my computer recognised it as a gaming mouse and it worked immediately.
The mouse has five buttons, left click, right click, centre mouse wheel click, then two buttons where your thumb rests on the side of the mouse. It’s responsive, it works well, the scroll wheel feels nice.
The difference between this mouse and the black mouse for 4 cheaper is 4 pieces of grip stickers that come on a separate sheet, that you have to apply yourself. If I was paying for it, I’d consider foregoing the grip stickers and saving 4, but again, that’s my preference.
