I have 2 products with light and 1 without lights.. for one set, a light attachment is slightly damaged so doesn’t fit..
Otherwise, it’s a great product. Will ask seller for a replacement.
Using this to grow my own veg. Normally have one of those framed ones that topples over in the wind and end up losing everything.
Packaging and service was good. Seeds only planted this week so just waiting for them to hatch.
When lights are on, does look like you have a little weed farm.
These seed trays were so easy to setup, the packaging was really good so nothing was damaged. Very sturdy with good height for plants the only thing I couldn’t understand was how to use the lights, but after contacting the seller this was explained in a simple email, after a couple of days it became more than apparent and easy.
Other people who have reviewed this item report confusion as to how the timer works (as there are no instructions included). It is actually straightforward if you follow these simple instructions. After plugging the unit in, press the timer button (second from the bottom). Each time you press, a different colour light appears round the edge of the on/off button. Red is 4 hours, Green is 8 hours, Blue is 12 hours and White is 18 hours. (12 hours is usually enough for most plants. Longer than that can interfere with flowering etc.).
To increase brightness press +. To reduce brightness press -. Hopefully these instructions will be useful.
The trays and domes are sufficient enough but the reason I brought these were due to the lights but now everything is planted and starting to seed the lights stopped working. I did do a test when they first arrived and turned on perfectly but now they just refuse to turn on. Give this one a miss

New product provided by seller I can say this one has working lights and is great. The modules are a bit flimsy light and fell they might break but they are doing the job at the moment. Bigger and taller versions of these would be great.
One of the 4 plastic light fittings had the lug missing that pops in and secures it to the lid. It was possibly broken during transit. However, when the seller learned of this they immediately contacted me and offered to put things right. I only expected a replacement light fitting but within a few days I received a complete new set of trays and lights. The customer service given by this seller is therefore second to none and earns a 5 star rating on its own.
As for the product itself. It is very well made and the trays are very sturdy unlike some of the seed trays I have bought at a garden centre previously. I can thoroughly recommend this product and have no hesitation in giving it 5 stars.
This seems a good piece of kit. It arrived on time. My only complaint is there are no instructions on how to set the timer and the writing on the controls is tiny. I can hardly make it out. I would like to know if anyone else can enlighten me on how to control it. Or how I can message the selle
Easy to assemble and sturdy, these propagators are a good find. Perfect for a shelf or window ledge, they can be plugged into a wall (with a USB plug) or run off a battery pack. Lights are bright and the seedlings seem to love lapping up the pink light. Recommended.
Good kit! Great for starting off seeds in cold weather. Night and small so don’t take up too much space in the greenhouse. With the vents closed the humidity inside stays high and the light intensity can be varied – great that only one socket is needed for all 5 containers! Seeds have germinated in about 10-12 days – bit pale but to be expected. Good protection from frost and you can pick how long you want the light on for and whether to open / close the vents. Used alongside a greenhouse heater (stable around 10-14 degrees C) as outside temp has been minus figures for a couple of weeks and cabbages and Brussels have both germinated – bought a second set and highly recommend if you want to get a head start!
Be sure to screen shot the light switch control. The instructions in the box does not include any information on the operation of the lights.
Resetting lights daily doesn’t allow it to operate when user not available to activate each day. (I had wished to use it in allotment but will now use at home.)
Otherwise seems useful and reasonable quality.
Alot sturdier than I thought, came with a good amount of markers, even has some potting tools. The lights are surprisingly bright and very simple programming. Definitely worth a buy for anyone setting away seeds
I was surprised how sturdy these are. Very strong especially for my clumsy hands. I’ve used them all already and using them again so obviously reusable. I’ve bought similar before but they haven’t been used more than once so I’m happy with this purchase.
