The pack contains a large (by comparison) hand cream, a bath and shower gel, a body lotion and a balm. The products are actually all 50ml with a 15g balm.
The fragrance is a lovely subtle honey and orange – it smells expensive and luxurious.
The hand cream and body lotion can be used sparingly as they are a little greasy. Once a small amount is absorbed though, your skin feels lovely and soft.
The shower gel is creamy and lathers well. It’s a shame that the bottle is so small although it would make a good travel size.
The balm is rich and softens tougher areas without much effort.
The products come from a certified carbon neutral company, are cruelty free and vegetarian society approved. The company give 3% of sales to charities that help protect bees and the bees used collect nectar from pesticide free plants in Mexico.
This set is created to make a nice, luxurious gift and the sizes lend themselves to use for a touch of pampering when holidaying.

All of the individual items are small enough to be taken with you on your travels and have a pleasant scent – not too overpowering like some I have tried.

It seems everyone today is aware of the importance of bees. There have been a number of books and newspaper/magazine articles published about these wonderful creatures over recent years – including, believe it or not, at least one novel.
There have also been a number of scientific studies conducted to determine the cause of their declining numbers – and pointing out what a tragedy this is.
In short everyone agrees that the world needs bees seemingly for their contribution to beauty products if nothing else.
So here is a box of four beauty items which contain a smidgeon of bee product apiece. My wife was all over it as soon as it arrived as she loves the stuff produced by Burt’s Bees – who operate in a similar field to this (pun intended – sorry).
She reports that they too have a nice fragrance and feel soothing when applied to the skin (and hers is particularly sensitive).
She proclaimed the box and it’s contents to be ‘very nice’ – and if she’s happy with it, then I’m happy.

Neal’s yard make good products and I liked the fragrance of this set. The hand cream and all over balm were my favourites and will get most use immediately. It would make a good gift item for a nature lover.
