Bought for a project manager and found this to be perfect for his needs. He did say he would have liked the writing for each small section to be a darker print. He also would have preferred a black organiser. But that’s being picky
I like this wee book, well it’s not wee but nice and thick, loads of pages. Lovely to write in and is perfect for what I need. Keeps track of what I need to do every day. Has loads of space to record notes, what I’m eating on my diet and a lovely fresh looking cover. If I was being nit picky I’d say an elastic band holding it closed would be nice. But hey. I like it a lot and when it’s ready to be replaced will buy another the same.
Nice enough planner and it was a present request so I’m sure it is just what is needed. For the price it could have been boxed and presented nicely which also would ensure the item is in perfect condition.
For any Amazon delivery people. Please do NOT hand items to tradesmen. Hand the item to the person who lives at the address!
Overall a good book; came stained on the cover, and it won’t wipe off, which is really disappointing. Overall good quality paper (I write with a fountain pen and it’s important for me the ink doesn’t bleed through). Decent sections for organised day to day. Lightweight and good for the handbag.
I love the cover design on this planner – all the different zodiac signs are there – if you can’t find Aries (which I couldn’t initially) remove the bar code sticker and there it is.
Paper quality is of a good thickness and feels nice and crisp. There is a grey ribbon bookmark to keep your place.
I would say that the printing of the planner layout in the journal is not as dark as that shown in the photographs on the product page. I am slightly concerned about how well the binding is going to stand up to being repeatedly opened as there is no elastic loop to hold the journal closed when it’s not being used.
The layout is as shown on the product page – to do list, and timetable on the left hand page, and notes on the right hand side page. As there is no first page – you start with a notes page, and the very last page in the planner is a to do list and timetable.
Overall – I do like the planner, the paper quality is good and the design is nice, I just think the formatting could be a little better.
This A5 planner arrived without any kind of protection other than a cardboard band around the front cover and I do feel that since these books have a linen finish cover it would be beneficial if they had been wrapped in tissue paper as they are at risk from turning up scuffed or marked. Fortunately, mine did arrive in good condition.
There are lots for patterns and solid colour versions of the notebooks but I chose the bird repeat pattern version which I love as it is so bright and colourful. It has foil detailing for the text both on the front and back of the planner and it feels very premium. The book measures 21.5cm x 15.8cm and has a thickness of 2.2cm and has a total of 288 pages with each day having its own double page spread. On one page there is a space to insert the date and your main objective, a to do list with an area to tick the tasks off, a time table split into hourly sections and a priority map to sort the most important/urgent tasks and prioritise them. The other page is dedicated to notes and a space for doodles at the bottom.
This is a great organiser which means you can clearly organise you time / aims and it has a light blue ribbon so you can easily find the last page in your planner. The planner is also undated which prevents any wasted dates you don’t fill in and I love the main objective space as it encourages you to think about what is most important to achieve that day. The book is a good size for carrying around with you but I am hesitant to recommend doing this as I feel like the linen finish will get dirty and battered over time doing this, so personally I will be keeping this journal on my desk.
I am using this for organising work commitments and it is a great planner for taking notes during meetings. The daily schedule has good quality smooth white paper which doesn’t bleed with gel pens. Priced at 16.95 (with an additional 2 off voucher valid until the 27th August 2023) at the time of reviewing, this is great planner for helping with productivity and is both stylish and practical — I would definitely recommend.
This book is lovely! You can feel the quality of it as soon as you get it.
It’s much thicker than I thought – there’s a ton of pages so will last a good while.
The cover is material and has a lovely designed print on it, plus a colour co-ordinated bookmark.
The pages are A5 size – one side has a To Do list, Time table, Urgent and Not urgent boxes on, then the other page has a large Notes section and a Doodles section which is great.
You can date each page at the top if you prefer, but I love the fact this is undated.
