I had the first headset the earlier set , and it has sensors in the speakers, but sadly the ear pads started to wear & rare.So I was waiting for these new ones to come out . So it still had the surround sound , and the microphone goes inside for storage or when you don’t want it.The performance was great and along with the built in sensors it is worth the money.
I love them very comfortable and great sound quality, I also love the charging bracket to hang on the wall keeps them safe and charged (if bracket plugged in and on standby mode when off) . For the price o think very good value and a up grade from other Sony headsets
Had the origins pulse, which was good, this is next level. Battery life astonishing, out of box charged it after two weeks!
The AI on microphone is so good, can be eating wine gums or biscuits and no one knows.
Very comfortable, my only gripe is losing some buttons for adjusting volumes etc, also not easy to find.
All in all, trade in your pulse get one
I can hardly contain my excitement about the PlayStation Elite Headset! I’m blown away by the incredible sound quality it delivers. While there isn’t an overwhelming amount of bass, it’s definitely enough given the price point. It’s an unbelievable value for the money. The headset’s drivers are absolutely magical – they transport you to another world!
This is the second pair and I have returned them both for the same problems. although I like these headphones they failed to operate effectively. The link between the headset and the PS Link adaptor failed during game play and would not reconnect. Followed all the guidance and instructions offered by Sony but to no avail hence the return and refund request.
This is probably the worst piece of technology I have purchased. I will seek an alternative from one of Sony’s competitors
I bought this after a few years of having the PlayStation Gold headset. The setup was really easy, just plug the USB dongle into your PS5 and you’re ready to go! It took a few attempts to link it to my iPhone, but I think that was more of a “me” problem.
All of my friends have been amazed at the improvement in my mic quality on party chats.
Sure, this is more expensive than the previous Sony headset, but from my experience so far I’d say it’s worth it. The extendable mic is really good, audio quality is great, it feels comfortable on my head and the fact it can seamlessly connect to your phone and your console at the same time is a really cool feature.
These elite sound good
U can only use the Volume button when connected to ps portal or ps5.
If u Bluetooth then to your phone u have to use the phone volume button.
I do luv the elites though ..
