Good quality Flea Spray for The Home with Professional Strength, Household Flea Spray, Flea Killer for Home, Kills Fleas, Larvae & Eggs, Eradicates & Prevents Reinfestation, Large 1L Flea Killer Spray. Very effective and good value for money.
Doesn’t smell as chemically as some sprays do. I’m using this in conjunction with other house treatments to try and rid the place of fleas, they seem to be immune to everything at the moment.
The “Household Use Flea Treatment Spray” from “REPELEM” is an easy-to-use flea spray that can be applied straight onto your carpet or other household furniture to kill fleas and keep them away.
Firstly, this flea spray is made from low-toxic ingredients (although not non-toxic like other brands). There’s also not a huge or overpowering smell to the spray. Indeed, when you apply this stuff onto your carpet you don’t need to exit the room, but rather you can continue using the space (and so can your pet). However, you can’t spray this on your pet, but rather just around the home.
The flea spray hasn’t left any marks on our carpet or furniture and there’s no lasting stains or residue. It also seems to be helping with getting rid of the slight flea issue we’ve been experiencing this year with our dog.
We’ve found the spray easy to apply and it seems to be long-lasting. It’s difficult to truly tell how effective it is, but all seems good thus far after a month of application.
So, all in all, the spray appears to be relatively effective, its quick and simple to use, and it doesn’t cause any issues with your carpet or furniture. So, all good!
I tried the REPELEM Flea Spray outside, where I had trouble spotting the fleas to spray directly. It seems the spray only works when applied directly to the fleas, which can be challenging outdoors. Despite this, I’ve seen some improvement and plan to continue using it multiple times to tackle the infestation. It’s effective but requires persistence.
This professional strength household flea spray comes in a large white litre bottle with a screw top for delivery and a spray top to put on when you receive it.
The spray is water based and has low toxicity but is still very toxic to fish.
It is easy to use, just spray on hard or soft surfaces, making sure you get any cracks and crevices, carpets and mattresses etc but not onto pets bedding.
The spray kills fleas at all stages of life and continues to work for 6-12 weeks and can deal with other problem insects like ants and ticks.
The spray is odour free which is very good for in the house.
This flea spray is a synthetic version of the more conventional substances you can buy. It is safer to use around children and pets but it is still ” Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.” This, unfortunately is the case with most mainstream flea treatments. It should be used very sparingly and in a very targeted manner. I actually do not spray this on any surface that people come in contact with. I spray it in areas where fleas are likely to go and nest, mainly under the sofa cushions and in the nooks and crannies there.
The bottle has a nozzle that is a bit vaguely labelled. But it does provide a Sray mode, which is an aerosol and a jet spray which provides for a more targeted application. It can also be turned to an off position.
It’s a bit difficult to measure the effectiveness of something like this. But I generally go off the number of fleas I have land on me across time. If it’s happening quite frequently then we need to do something. I use sprays like this in conjunction with flea traps with are great at catching adults.
As we’re not really in the flea season, unless your very unlucky!
So it’s difficult to assess. I have an indoor cat who ventures out on warmer days to play on a grassed area and without fail brings in fleas .
For the moment it’s cold and wet and flea free.
It’s a good size 1 litre compared with similar items on offer at well known pet stores in much smaller containers.
It’s well priced and I like the spray pump rather than aerosol cans .
There’s a slight odour , but not overpowering .
