Got these when I started my weight loss as a starter to get me on the way. It’s actually cheaper to make your own snacks eg crispbread, vegetable crudits etc. Taste was nice though.
I usually buy these when I need to drop a few pounds as find them an easy way to organise my day
They usually come with ready to drink bottles of shake which are quick and convenient but this pack came with sachets of shakes which you’ll need to buy a shake bottle to drink them with . Thankfully I bought one with my other tubs .
However I marked down flavour 1 star as I really didn’t like the chocolate shakes! I’m really not a fussy person but the meal chocolate bar replacement weren’t particularly enjoyable either. Ate it all though and more importantly had great results with a 6lbs loss in 5 days!

I’ve bought a few boxes now of slim fast kits and I think they’re great for when you don’t want to think about cooking and can just grab a shake and go. Unfortunately in this box, one sachet was damaged and the powder was all over the other products and in the box, which turned out to be a bit of a sticky mess. I’ve had to throw this sachet away which is a shame. But otherwise I think this plan is great to lose weight at a steady rate and if like me, you don’t want to think about what you need to eat!
Great value for money stacks of products so cheap for a week worth of meals. Can’t wait to get started I lost 3 stone on Slimfast 10 years ago- I hope to lose 2 stone this time
I really love the rocky road bars and the shakes are really good. I’ve just started using slimfast so I cannot say how much weight I’ve lost yet. The only downside is that I’m feeling hungry all the time. I’m not sure how people don’t feel hungry? Maybe I just have a big appetite. The shakes don’t fill me up and Ive had to have snacks in between but I’ve been eating healthy snacks like fruit and I had a salad for lunch as the bar wasn’t enough for me.
I’m delighted with my box from slimfast and I’m really looking forward to losing some weight. I’II order another box as I really enjoy slimfas
