I recently tried the SYNCWIRE Car Vent Phone Mount, and I’m impressed with its simplicity and functionality. Unlike some mounts that can be tricky to fit, this one is straightforward and effective.

I installed this in a Nissan Qashqai. It was more difficult than I expected as the veins/flaps of the central air vents are actually quite deep. There was just enough adjustment to get it to fit. The attachment has a good range of movement and once in the preferred position it can be locked tightly. The holder for the phone opens and closes easily and is padded. With a phone in place it doesn’t vibrate or jump around and the phone never seems as if it would fall out…
Good holder, easy to install and holds well. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the holding bracket is in the same place as my on off phone button and if I adjust it too tight it turns my phone on and off

El conjunto viene desmontado en 2 piezas, por un lazo el enganche, que va sujeto al aireador de aire del vehculo y me ha encantado el sistema de encaje que tiene, tiene un mstil que has de meter en el aireador y este mstil al final tiene una pestaita que se levanta y sujeta por detrs, tiene un sistemas de ajuste muy ingenioso, el soporte jira como una carraca y a medida que giras a la izquierda la pestaa de sujecin se baja y el mstil se alarga, una vez has encontrado donde engancharlo, giras a la izquierda y se levanta la pestaa de sujecin y se retrae enganchando la lama del aireador y ajustndose perfectamente para que quede bien sujeto, despus slo tienes que desenroscar la rosca del soporte para unir las dos piezas por la tpica bola que permite el giro en 360 grados y apretarla hasta la dureza deseada, puedes dejarlo para que tenga movimiento en cualquier direccin o apretarlo hasta dejarlo completamente fijo en una posicin determinada.
La parte donde va el mvil tiene un botn por detrs para abrir los brazos laterales, los abres del todo, pones el mvil y luego slo tienes que apretarlos hacia adentro hasta que queden perfectamente ajustados a los bordes del mvil.
Una cosa que me ha gustado mucho es que la parte delantera donde apoya el mvil de un material suave y blandito impidiendo que el mvil pueda araarse y que traer un librito de instrucciones en mltiples idiomas, incluido Espaol.

This is the best cell phone car vent mount I’ve used to date. It’s very sturdy and well made. Your phone stays in very securely and doesn’t fall at all. It also does not block the air flow from the vent it’s connected to which is nice so that you can still feel the air in your car. The mount was also easy to clip on to the car.The device is also very sleek, modern, and nice looking. The black color of the mount goes with all car interiors.

There’s a few mounts out there whether they be windscreen mounts or vent mounts that just are too tricky to fit or don’t do the job but this isn’t one of them.
A strong and sturdy car phone mount you simply pop this one into your vent on your dashboard (the fins that it comes with are padded so wont’ damage your car either).
Tighten it up and away you go, simply slotting your mobile phone into the holder and you can now drive more safely and can see your phone whenever you need to (although obviously only if it’s safe to do so)
The best thing about it is that the whole operation of getting your phone on and off the mount is a one handed operation which means it’s super easy to use

It was so easy to put together and fit to the vent louvres. Insert the back piece then turn the adjustment knob until the fitting has gripped. The mount can also be adjusted for width and height; a button to the rear allows the side pieces to expand, then squeeze them together to fit the size of your phone. Pull the bottom rest down and it accommodates for height. Tilt the phone for clearer sight on the ball and socket joint. The phone feels really secure. So easy, secure and good value
The previous phone holder I had kept coming off, particularly when heating was on. I like the little mechanism this has to latch on to the air vent, and while plasticky the overall look and feel of the amount was solid.
Installing it was easy, as was placing my phone in the holder itself. It is entirely adjustable, which means you can have it any height and pointing in any direction. The release mechanism is smooth.
Overall this a reasonably priced item that does exactly what it says.
This is a brilliantly designed phone holder.
It grips the vents very securely using a clever hook and tighten mechanism.
The two pads that grip the phone are on a ratchet mechanism, so simply squeeze those together and the phone is held securely. Press the button on the rear and the two pads open up with a smooth gliding motion.
There is a small amount of vertical adjustability for different phone heights.
Phone can be easily rotated into either portrait or landscape mode. It remains rock steady in either orientation.
I like the fact the phone stands somewhat proud from the vents, so doesn’t block airflow.

Really pleased with this and the design / features are excellent.
The retention hook retracts while inserting it into a vent and then deploys when tightening. Once tightened it holds firm and i had no issues with my 6.7″ handset in a chunky case. It has a quick release button on the rear to release the side grips. This is so much better than a simple spring tensioned grip and the faff that often entails.

This however attached securely via the pronged arm you unscrew and attach to your car air vent.
It’s really easy to fit and holds my phone securely when I’m driving. I do quite a lot of long trips so it’s useful to be able to attach it to my USB charger whilst I’m using maps on my phone.
I really love this phone holder. It was quick and easy to install and was easy to figure out without the supplied instructions. What I particularly liked was the push button release for the side clamps which slide out when pressed. Also good is the lip on the bottom so that when you are placing your phone in the holder there is no risk of it sliding away and onto the floor of your car. I would recommend this for anyone needing a phone holder, especially if you are fed up of the suction types that always fall off the windscreen at the most inconvenient moments.
This is a good method of mounting a mobile phone on a car’s dash, if the car has suitable vents.
The attachment uses a kind of tongue that is placed between the vents blades and when the tightening ring is turned to tighten, a tooth deploys that hooks the back of the blade as the tongue is then drawn back.
It makes for a stable phone mount that is as strong as the air-vent that it is fitted to.
The actual phone mount has sprung cheeks that will accommodate phones from 55 to 93mm width and as it is fixed to the vent clamp by a ball joint, has a wide range of adjustment to the angle of the phone face. The cheeks are squashed onto the phone and are released by pressing a button on the back of the mount – very useful one handed operation is easy. The mount is also adjustable for phone length, or for mounting a phone a little higher/lower.

The phone holder arrived swiftly after ordering and well packaged. The assembly consists of simply loosening the retaining nut on the back and inserting the ball-head of the mounting in to the back of the holder. The fixing in to the air vent is straight forward once the positioning of the clever retracting hook has been achieved and the retracting knob tightened. The unit, once fitted is very secure and can be positioned to suit using the ball-head. The side arms open and close witha positive action and remain locking in position to secure the ‘phone. My only grumble is that the release button is located on the back of the holder which almost forces you to press the phone screen in order to release – potential for inadvertant app initiation. Othert than that, this is a neat little holder that looks good in place, is secure and most importantly, allows the ‘phone to be positioned in a safe place where it does not obsure the windscreen and driver’s vision.
This is a good phone holder. It seems good quality too. It has a good mechanism to clamp to the air vent slat, put it in the vent then twist the knob and it clamps on to the slat. It seems secure once fitted. The holder opens wide enough to fit a S23 ultra and holds it securely. Overall a good phone holder.
This was easy enough to install and clips on to our cars vents fine although check yours before purchase as this wont be suitable for every type. The holder is stable enough and adjusts to fit our two most common devices. The feet at the bottom have a gap to allow charging assuming your device has the plug in the centre of course.
The build is good solid quality. Installation is very easy, just ensure you have pushed the locking device all the way into the vent, then with a twist and tighten the holder locks into place. A quick test of trying to move the holder around proved a stable fit. The holder should hold firmly through bumps and knocks and should fit a wide variety of phones, as can be seen in the pictures, the phone holder opens very wide. Removal is just as easy, undo the locking nut and remove from the vent. Overall impressed with the phone holder, well made, good fit and stable.
This phone mount is effective. The installation is a very easy process- won’t need a garage visit! it slides between the vents and hooks on the back. Materials seem good quality. Got this as i didn’t have a phone holder and cannot use one that sticks o the dashboard .. or one on the inner side of windscreen.

This is a great little phone holder. It is really secure and took literally minutes to put together, install and position properly. It holds a wide range of sized phones and sits securely in the vent.
There is a small release button on the rear face of the holder which opens the horizontal arms and you just squeeze them back onto the phone to hold it. Push the button to release when you want take the phone out again.
I have had so many phone holders over the years and so many of them were really not good enough. This one is definitely good enough. I thought it was brilliant. It was solid and sturdy and did exactly what the description said. I recommend it.
