So pleased with this curtain pole set, bought the curtains last week and then thought it was a good idea to change the pole as well. So pleased that I did, the silver coloured pole matches the green curtains beautifully. I would think probably medium weight curtains hang best. My window is very wide 12 foot so we used the centre supports as well. So very pleased indeed with appearance, cost and ease of fitting. Many thanks
I ordered a couple of these in differnet sizes for around the house. They come with the brackets for the wall which are very sturdy. However, kind of expected but the longer you extend the telescopic rod, the less sturdy the rod becomes. I had a few heavy curtains to hang and I feel I need to be careful when moving them. Will know more after a few months of usage I guess.
It appears I received a returned black cutain pole that was damaged by the previous owner ans Amazon Returns Quality Control did not pick up on the defective product. Really annoyed as bought the curtain pole in a Lightning Deal at reduced price but only offered repayment and not replacement. Seemed a very sturdy pole/
UPDATE: the seller reached out and soon after that they sent a replacement rod, the new one is good, thanks for sorting things out so promptly <3
PAST: The rod arrived bent, although managed to hang it not sure if it will last though...
