I always use with the plug when my son has a blocked nose and needs help to breathe well during the night. I always go back and order it. Amazing product.

happy user and helps soothing, hope they can have it in a bottle to just put it as drops to the pads, as it is quite expensive. But definitely good buys!!!

Initially I gave these a one star but decided to give them another go. I must of previously received a bad batch as I feel like they definitely do the trick this time and we can actually smell the pad virtually straight away.
We have had awful coughs/cold and this has helped us sleep through the night. I use them in the Vicks plug in and works a treat. Currently about to order some more as this cold cough season is already hitting us hard!

Really good for getting a good nights sleep when suffering from a horrible head cold. I use these in the Sudafed plug in as I purchased one ages ago but could no longer get the refills. Simply pull the pad out a little bit and slide it in to the slot at the top protecting your fingers with the wrapper and when fully in take the wrapper away. Plug it in the socket and switch on until the vapour smell starts to fill the room. I tend to put a few drops of olbas or eucalyptus oil on the pad when this runs dry so I can reuse again as you only get 7 in the pack and they do not last longer than the one night.

These are excellent for kids rooms. Used with the plug in vapouriser and they last a couple of nights. I may add several drops of olbas oil to the dry pad to make it last 3 nights but this isn’t quite as strong! I plug in half an hour before bed time and shut the door and the smell has filled the room. It is not overpowering though. Works better the nearer the plug is to the bed, or the smaller the room.
My plug in has a night light which I have covered with a plaster as it was too bright.

These are a saving grace for any one with young kids with colds (or yourself for that matter!)
