My wife uses these bands for pilates and with a previous brand found that they tended to bunch up (where in the picture it’s nice and flat under the models foot this would get narrow and be annoying) so she’s delighted with these. They have a good stretch and the choice of different levels of resistance is ideal. As others have said they don;t say which is which so she’s marked them to avoid guessing. She is average height and has found other brands to be short so again these are a great length. I think they’re too short for me as someone very tall. They feel comfortable against the skin and come with a little storage bag that’s handy to keep them together.
Straight forward, no frills resistance bands. Although, they do come with a storage bag. I like the three jolly colours the bands come in, and that denotes the three levels of resistance they each offer. Compact and lightweight. Came nicely boxed.
These bands are great for stretching and also strengthening exercises.
Some time ago I had a frozen shoulder and a physiotherapist gave me a band similar to these and taught me exercises beneficial for strengthening the muscles around both my shoulders. It was very effective.
The band got damaged so I was pleased to see these listed.
They come with a protective storage bag and the three different coloured bands have different resistance strengths.
The blue one seems to be the softest one and the yellow gives most resistance.
I started using the blue one to exercise my shoulders again and have now progressed onto the pink.
It’s going well and I’m finding them very useful.
Eye-catching colours of several elasticity strength- would be better if they were visibly marked with their ‘power’ marker as you have to tug at each one to gauge the difference between them. The bands themselves are useful for many different exercises thar can be found on the interne
Overall, a great set of 5 different resistance bands for yoga, pilates, stretches and other activities.
Came nicely packed in separate bags and also has a storage bag for all the bands together.
According to the seller the blue resistance band with a thickness of 0.35 mm, the pink resistance band of 0.45 mm, the yellow resistance band of 0.55 mm, the red resistance band of 0.6 mm and the purple resistance band of 0.65 mm BUT I wish there was some sort of elasticity indicator on the band itself as I definitely don’t remember which band is how thick.
All in all, works well and is versatile in terms of excersise.
I’ve used these a few times now and they’re really good. Little tricky to get the hang of as they’re not connected all together it’s one long band but the product itself is fine and I like the bag.
I have flat bands and tube type bands. This is the first time I have tried this type of band. My other bands are useful for when you need high resistance. But they were never great for stretching. I like to use light bands when stretching out my shoulders, opening my chest and correcting my posture. These are great and come with a handy storage bag.
I elected to test these bands after having some physio on my neck and was suggested to get some to aid my rehabilitation. These bands where bigger than I was expecting they measure around 5′ x 6″ or 1.5m x 15cm.
In the box: In the box you get 3 bands of different resistance and a bag to put them in and thats it. I was expecting a little leaflet with a few example exercises but these are easy enough to search online. There is also no description on the box of the weighted resistance of the bands.
Use: While for my use these seemed too large it meant I was able to double them up to increase resistance. Being wider and have a matte finished rather than gloss like other bands I have has allowed me to do other neck too. They feel good quality and I like the versatility of exercising I’ll be able to perform with these.
I’ve had shoulder problems for a while and the physio recommended some strengthening exercises as part of my rehab and he gave me a fitness band as a great way of building up strength.
I wanted to be able to work with different levels of resistance so this set seemed ideal and they seem to work a treat. Unlike the one the physio gave me these are simple long bands not a loop which I suppose makes them more verstatile.
There are five different resistance levels and the bands are colour coded and come with a handy bag for keeping them tidy and clean. They are longer than I expected too and you can even fold them in two to double the resistance giving even more strength options.
So far I’ve only used the two lowest tension bands but its good I have scope to work up to the stronger ones as my shoulder recovers.
This 5 pack of TPE exercise bands stands out from the crowd by being considerably wider than many offerings at 150mm/6″ wide. This extra width, coupled with the decent 1.5M length, makes these bands very versatile and comfortable to use.
The supplied drawstring bag is generously sized at 250mm/10″ x 200 mm/8″ wide. It holds the bands with plenty of room to spare, so there’s no difficulty stuffing them into the bag.
One small gripe is that there’s no indication of the relative strength of the different bands – either printed on the bands or in the manufacturers/suppliers information. To address this, I got very scientific with a 5KG dumbell and held it up with each of the bands looped around it to see how long it stretched when lifted. From such rigorous testing, I deduced that the strength order from weakest to strongest is Blue – Pink – Yellow – Red – Purple. I’ve no idea of the KG rating of each though.
In summary, an excellent set of bands at a very reasonable 8.00 when ordered.

This is a set of three resistance bands. The standard colours that I’m used to don’t include a pink, so I was initially confused as to which were which.
The yellow is clearly the heavier duty one and I think the pink is next and the blue the lightest. There’s not too much of a difference between blue and pink though. It would be good if the weight equivalents were detailed on the listing.
They come with a little drawstring bag to store them, which is very handy if you have small children who might grab them, or in my case, kittens who may want to chew them – they’re basically a giant elastic band and my kittens love elastic bands!
Doing a few basic moves, I can say these are decent bands, and will have a variety of uses for me for a full body workout. You can use them as is, knot the ends and use as a loop or fasten them to a door frame or anchor easily.
I’ve been very lazy recently, and am hoping that the ease of use with these will push me to exercise more!
First, I have never used anything like these bands before, so it’s a whole new learning experience – but when I saw this set being offered for review by Amazon, I decided there and then to try them because I really need to exercise more.
When the box arrived from Amazon, I opened it and took out the band on top — the blue one. There was nothing on the wrapper, or what I could see of the band, to indicate what resistance it was and I thought, how am I supposed to tell them apart? I took out the pink band, and then the yellow, and the difference in weight between each was very noticeable – so I knew immediately which was which. (Of course, if I had read the product information properly, I would have already known this.) There was also a small black waterproof drawstring bag for storing the bands.
Having never used exercise bands before, I just had to try out the blue band – the one with the lowest resistance. I did a few arm and shoulder exercises — after a few minutes I had to give up, and now my arms are feeling it! So, I will watch some youtube videos and get myself a proper workout routine for learning to use them — safely, without causing myself an injury. I’ll be sticking with the blue band for the foreseeable future. The bands look well-made and, honestly, I don’t see me ever being able to exert sufficient stress on them to damage or tear them.
I like the idea of having the exercise bands at home where I can use them to exercise in private whenever I want, rather than having to get changed to go to the gym especially when it’s freezing cold and pouring with rain outside. I’ll keep the gym for exercise bikes and rowing machines.
