Was really enjoying my new jigsaws until I found there was a missing piece in jigsaw I received which spoilt the finished result. Neither Customer contacts on back of box are contactable. How can I get a replacement missing piece?
This is my first ever jigsaw! And I was pretty proud of myself for finishing it, it took me about 12 hours ish in total (not all on one day).
Being new to the puzzle world I delibrately chose this one as it was quite cheap and I didn’t want to pay lots for something I might not even like. Depsite the low price tag I found the pieces to be very good quality, they really fitted together well, there was no doubt when the right piece was put into place. I actually held the whole thing up once completed and it stayed together!
I thought the picture quality was excellent and I loved that it came with a life size picture as well as the picture on the box, I also really appeciated the lettering underneath so I could split the puzzle up into quarters – what a great idea.
Cannot fault this puzzle and I have already got my eye on the next one I want to get, will be sticking with this brand for now. I found it a great was to reduce stress which is the whole reason I got it. Brilliant.
The jigsaw puzzles arrived really quickly and were well packed.
The one I’ve made up this far is of excellent quality and the pieces are well cut.
One of the best quality puzzles I’ve come across.
These jigsaws are really interesting, challenging, good fun and good value. I like the fold out full size picture that I hang on the wall with peelable masking tape that makes up for the useful compact storage box lid picture.
