I bought this after a lot research and it really turn out be a life saver. Comfortable and easy to use. I use it with the pad for heavy days but can be used on it own for the not so heavy days

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our Usersi have really heavy periods first 4 days. Had a tampon leak and these stopped me leaking through my clothes. I sleep with these without and just the underwear and was shocked no leaks at all. got a 3 packs but will buy more. Bare in mind these are hipsters which i dont usually wear but was also suprised they do not fall down and are Very comfortable A* 100% recommend

Will be very helpful with my autistic Neice who is due too start anytime too help her cope with a stressful thing

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMy wifes’ review: started my period a year after having a child and it was a bit much, needed to change every hour on the clock. Sanitary towels were not doing a good job, especially at night. Thought I would invest in some period pants. So far it’s been 3hrs and I haven’t had to change yet. I thought I’d do the water test, blood is thicker than water but this is just to give us ladies an idea. Held about 150ml of water with out leaking, 200ml and it leaked from the sides. Hope the video helps. I think a 3pk would last a day (I bought 2) will be investing in a couple more.

5.0 out of 5 stars Holds about 150ml of wate

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThese are good but definitely not heavy flow. I’d say medium flow. Comfy to sleep in. If your wanting them for heavy flow I’d recommend wearing a pad and using the pants as an emergency back up. (Leaked after 2 hours heavy flow. Sorry for the TMI review)
